My family of four enjoyed this home so much. The home is beautifully furnished, adequately stocked, excellent water pressure, and a rare find in Rome-amazing AC! The home is very welcoming and well maintained. Marco was such a great host. He was very prompt to reply to my questions and excellent to suggest reputable services available to us in addition to actually arranging them. With two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms it made our stay very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, just a few minute walk from the Colosseum and other must see areas of Rome. Great little cafe around the corner and a neighborhood market a few doors down. It really is a great home.

Beautiful spot for our group of 4. Lots of room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms and A/C. We loved walking out the front door and being able to see the Colosseum down the street. The building itself is beautiful and has a secure entrance to an open air courtyard and there is a small grocery store just a one minute walk away. Marco and Sarah were very easy to communicate with.

We had an outstanding stay at Marco’s apartment and would absolutely stay here again.From the moment we booked, Marco was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. He arranged our transportation from Roma Termini to the apartment and from the apartment to the cruise port, making travel with our family incredibly easy. His communication before and during our stay was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Our stay in this Rome VRBO was flawless—a perfect 10/10. The host was exceptional, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, even arranging early-morning airport transportation. The accommodations were exactly as pictured—beautiful, spotless, with spacious showers that had amazing water pressure. The high ceilings added an airy feel, and we loved the remote shutters! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was wonderfully appointed—complete with a charming Smeg fridge and kettle. We also really appreciated having both a washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient.The host’s local recommendations were fantastic—he suggested a restaurant we loved so much, we went three nights in a row for authentic Italian cuisine. I would absolutely stay here again and trust the host for future tours and recommendations. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Best location in Rome

This apartment is such a great size, very clean, beautifully decorated and centrally located. A short walk to the most wonderful restaurants and the Colosseum, the train terminal and many other attractions. The location is quiet day and night and the beds are comfortable!

Fantastic place to stay

This is a great apartment to stay at - multiple bedrooms, great water pressure in the shower (this is a big one for me), good A/C, and a heavy, metal door that made us feel very secure. Marco was a great host who had tons of recommendations in the area and, as my wife and I were on our honeymoon, even gave us a free bottle of prosecco!

Quiet oasis in a busy Historical city

Our stay was almost too short. We used uber to get around for the most part. The condo is located a few blocks from the colosseum and close to some tasty places to eat. It was very peaceful and exactly what we needed.

An amazing stay in Rome

We had an amazing time in Rome. Communication and check-in were great and easy. The apartment was awesome, spacious, the bathrooms and showers wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. And there's a lift to help get the bags up the 5 flights of steps. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rome.

Rome stay

The apartment was spectacular. Beautiful and absolutely spotless. Check-in and check-out were very simple and the housekeeper (sorry I've forgotten her name) was very helpful and a delight to deal with. Marco and Serena were quick to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend and we will stay there if we visit Rome again.
