Spacious 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo located at Sunshine Village in Mammoth Lakes, near the Sierra Star Golf Course and shuttle route to Eagle Lodge. Sleeps up to 8 guests and is approximately 1,300 sq. ft.

This second-story unit spans two levels. The primary bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the loft offers a king bed, two twin beds, and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living room provides an additional flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a wood-burning stove (wood provided), and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing seating for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.

Perfect place for two families!

Awesome location, just a few min drive from Eagle Lift/Lodge. Four teenagers had a blast in the upstairs loft! Living room, kitchen and dining room fit us all comfortably. Complex hot tub, dry sauna and game room was super fun!

Tacky, none of the three coffee makers worked, bathroom doors rubbed on toilets in both bathrooms, no skirts on beds. I could go on, but you get the picture.

Great Value

This place was clean, centrally located, and had everything we needed to have a nice fire and cook with ease. It was very comfortable and open. The upper loft was so fun for my 7 and 9 year old. I saw a review about the bathroom doors. It is true they come close to the toilets -BUT- I don't feel its a star off. It is what it is and didn't affect out stay at all. Would total recommend especially, if you want a truly lovely place to stay for a more than reasonable price.

Nice location. Exactly what you'd expect

No issues with this location. Condo was well-provisioned with the stuff you need to enjoy your time. Stove takes a little getting used to (but that's standard with the glass-top electrics), but otherwise, we were very happy with our choice.
