2 story Cape Cod home situated in highly sought after neighborhood in West Dennis. Located just 100 yards to the very popular South Village Beach.

The main level of the home features an eat in kitchen that opens up into the living area. Down the hallway you will find a full size bathroom with tub/shower combination and two bedrooms both with a queen size bed. The second level of the home will have two additional bedrooms and a half bathroom in the hallway. Amenities will include Wi-Fi, cable TV, dishwasher, microwave, grill and enclosed outside shower. The home is cooled throughout with two A/C wall units and three windows air conditioners.

This home's location cannot be beat! You can easily take a quick drive down Lower County Road to find numerous local restaurants such as Chapins, Dog House, Woolfie's Bakery and The Wee Packet just to name a few! If you are up for exploring other beaches, West Dennis Beach is only 1 mile away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great location but needs updating. Just a few little extras would help.. even the broom was old. Not having a washer and dryer in the rental price point was disappointing. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Neighborhood was very safe for children.

Outside area is helpful except when it rains. Bathroom does not have electrical outlets. Adult bedrooms do not have tvs. Location is great as you can walk to a beautiful beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in the best location! The stairs leading upstairs were very steep but after a few trips were able to manage. One thing I think would help this rental is room darking curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. The sun comes right in the windows and when on vacation it's nice to be able to sleep in even a little but it was hard to do with the sun rising right in the front of the house. Other than that property was incredible - looking to rent next summer!!!!
