Fresh paint, new furnishings, granite counter tops in the kitchen, two televisions, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Outdoor shower is very spacious and has an additional changing area attached. Another grat summer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi, we have been renting 44 Shore Road for 5 years now. Twice this summer and have already signed a rental agreement for the first of 2 weeks next summer. It's perfect for us with our severely mentally challenged son. Our only issue this summer was the gas grill had NO propane in either tank and we were forced to throw away about $50 in chicken and beef. We very much look forward to next summer.
