Hi Terry! Mattresses are so hard to get right, as each person has their own preference. Too hard, too soft, just right? We hope to see you again in the future!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Martha Murray Rentals agents were extremely helpful in finding us this property. We really enjoyed staying at the unit, which is wonderfully right on the beach. Only one issue was the hallway bathroom smelled like urine even after I sanitized it. I think the odor came from the floor mat.
Response from VrboOwner on 9 Nov 2024
Hi Jackie, Thank you for your feedback. How embarrassing about the hallway bathroom. We made sure right after this review was written that those mats are being laundered! We hope you'll give us another try.

Old Wharf Rd

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean, well kept and matched the description. The kitchen was in working order and had most amenities. It could have used a few more pots and potholders. The view was amazing and a quiet area. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The only negative was the renters above us came in late and were loud. There was not much of a noise buffer on the floors. They also smoked pot out on the deck and the smell traveled to our outside deck. Kind of spoiled the beautiful salt air
Response from VrboOwner on 1 Nov 2025
Thank you for your feedback! In the future, if the smells take away from your vacation and/or you are missing items and need more pots/pans, please let us know! We could have a conversation with the other tenants and could have brought over more cookware! Hope you had a great time and hope to have you back!
