Recently renovated, this beautiful 2 bed/2 bath condo has all the amenities beach visitors are looking for, and more. More details are available at

Nestled in the beach and tennis resort complex of Sea Colony, guests can access the privately guarded beach, 5 oceanfront pools, 2 indoor pools, dozens of indoor and outdoor tennis courts, walking trails, kayak and fishing ponds, and 2 fitness centers. During summer stays there are also nightly beach activities hosted by the resort including bonfires, movies, sand-sculpting contests and more. This condo offers a unique experience for visitors who want to take full advantage of outdoor and beach activities, but also appreciate the solitude of the beach from a front-row seat overlooking the sand and surf from the comfort of the living room.

Beautiful and SO Comfortable!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The apartment is beautiful and has all of the conveniences that you would hope for in a beach home. Arlee, the owner, was extremely responsive and it was a pleasure working with her. The building is in a great location! It's close to all of the pools and other amenities of Sea Colony, and only a quick walk into town. We would return in a heartbeat!

Our Blissy for a week!

This vacation home is very cozy! Perfect sunrise and all day view of the ocean! The owner, Arlee, did an amazing job at decorating and use of space to make you feel like you are at the beach. We do a lot of cooking as a family and her kitchen will not leave you disappointed. Would definitely recommend staying here! We have vacationed in Bethany for two decades and this was one of our favorites! Book now!!it’s a hot one!! You will love it!

Wonderful Condo with Amazing View

The condo is oceanfront with wonderful views of the beach and the town of Bethany. The condo was well equipped and maintained. It was clean, well furnished and renovated with new furniture, appliances, bathrooms and kitchen. The Sea Colony private resort has plenty of activities for the whole family. The resort is a short, easy walk into downtown Bethany. The host is very friendly, kind and responsive. I am thankful that the host shares this wonderful property for others to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beach access is super convenient, and the chairs and toys in the locker were really great. When not on the beach, the balcony provides amazing views. The place was quite clean for an oceanfront rental. We took the shuttle one day to the back of Sea Colony and were very happy that we chose to stay oceanfront. Parking lot has EV charging. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Modern, clean, and convenient

This beachfront condo has everything you would want for your family vacation. Amazing views, close proximity to pools, beach, and the town of Bethany. The owner Arlee is amazing to work with, she communicates with you often and she is easy to get a hold of. She has thought of everything to make you feel at home at her condo. Sea Colony has great family activities such as a bonfire in the beach , pool money hunt for the kids, movies on the beach, bingo, etc. The condo is clean with modern decor. Our family of five was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect location and awesome host!

This condo was spotless, well decorated, and in a great location. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The location was ideal. And, best of all, Arlee was a great host! She responded to our questions and concerns quickly and completely. We are already planning on returning to Bethany Beach and intend to stay in her condo when we do. The master bedroom is perfect for us and the second bedroom, with a large bed and bunk beds, would be great for our teenage daughter and a friend.

The apartment is very nice, lots of extras (water toys, chairs, umbrella). Made the trips to the beach and back much easier. The pool near the ocean is great. The area is very quiet and very relaxing. Very happy to have had a chance to stay there.

Fantastic Family Vacation!

Start to finish, one of the best family vacations we’ve had and that’s saying a lot given current COVID restrictions. Owner was incredibly organized and informative, ensuring check in and check out were a breeze. Condo was in impeccable condition with countless amenities and breathtaking ocean views. Plenty of space for our group and easy access to pool and beach. Can not recommend this home enough for Bethany Beach stays and will absolutely return in the future!

A real gem!

My family has been coming to Sea Colony for the past 5 years. We've rented a different unit every time and have stayed in 3 different buildings. This unit was by far the nicest and most convenient. On the 4th floor, you have views but also the convenience of being able to take the stairs. The parking was the perfect location to pick-up and drop-off your beach gear every day. The unit was clean and updated. The owner has taken great care to provide details that just make a difference. From the drying rack on the deck, to the shoe organizer near the entry, to the gift back upon arrival (complete with hand written note, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, and bubbles for my 8-year-old). We had a fabulous stay and hope to rent here again next season!

Bethany Beach perfection

From the ease of booking, and the very informative welcome packet, you know this place will be amazing. As soon as we walked in and saw that amazing view of the beach, we knew we were going to have an exciting vacation. The place is impeccably kept and furnished. The owners thought of everything from having the basics stocked (tp, kleenex, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, etc), linens and bath towels, to a beach locker full of chairs, toys and an umbrella. All I had to bring were beach towels, sunscreen, and clothes! Sea Colony community has so many amenities, you don't know what to do first. Well obviously, it's go to the beach. But from the pools, to the community area, to the fitness center, you have so many options. Lots of fabulous restaurants a short walk from the condo. Even the boardwalk is an easy walk on the beach if you choose that way. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee or eating lunch watching the waves crash in the beach. The condo is situated so you can sit out on the balcony most of the day without being baked by the sun too! And if you are an early riser, you will see amazing sunrises! I can't say enough for this place. The owner has thought of everything. Can't think of one thing I would change or recommend, and I've stayed at many beach rentals. I not only recommend, I HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful time at Sea Colony

This was our fifth time to Sea Colony and this was one of our best stays! The property is incredibly clean and very thoughtfully apportioned. The owner provided tons of items (beach toys, chairs, sheets, towels, lots of board games and dvds for rainy days) that made the stay and getting to and from sea colony so much easier. Also loved that there was a door code - no key to lose on the beach! Really a superb property.

We have stayed at Sea Colony numerous times, and this was far and away the best unit we have stayed in! From a cleanliness standpoint, everything was immaculate. The decor of the unit was fantastic and looked even better than the pictures. Everything (kitchen items, beds, furniture) in the unit was in very good condition, comfortable, and a step (or few steps) above what we have experienced in prior rentals. Arlee, the property owner, was amazing in communicating with us, providing clear details for everything we would need for the unit, and checking in to make sure our stay was going well; we greatly appreciated that! Perfect place on the beach and we'll definitely be returning!

Stressless vacation with this condo.

This rental was awesome. We've been to the Sea Colony a few times and this has been the least amount of stress of a vacation. The owner provides the bathroom towels and all sheets, which is less for us to pack. There are many staples already provided (TP, paper towels, shampoo, pots/pans ...). The condo was very clean with lots of beds but it doesnt feel crowded. The "cot" in the master bedroom is actually a single bed (w box spring and mattress), which our youngest liked. The view of the beach is very good (the balcony chairs are good too). The owner of the condo was very attentive and promptly replied to all my emails. The Sea Colony, as always, provides great services (pools, umbrella/chair rentals, campfire night) and a great beach (never felt crowded). If we come back to this area, we'll rent this condo again.

Pure Bliss on Bethany Beach!

Oceanfront with so many amenities! This property is packed with everything you need to make your vacation perfect. Fantastic ocean views and dolphin sightings while relaxing on the deck, ample supply of games and puzzles for every age level, and an updated kitchen stocked with everything you need! The condo is super comfy, decorations and furniture are beautiful. Access to the beach locker is wonderful. It is loaded with beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrella - everything you need for the beach. So convenient! Arlee did a great job recommending restaurants, activities for the kids, and suggestions of activities within Sea Colony. We can't wait to come back, definitely going to be staying here again !

AMAZING VIEW

Amazing view! The balcony door has a clear view of the ocean, and it's such a quiet area that when it was too cold to be outside in the evenings, we were still able to sit in the comfort of the living room with the sliding door open a little and just listen to the waves. Very clean and comfy beds, updated kitchen with everything you need. The beach wasn't too crowded and it's a short walk to the Bethany Beach town center. Owner responds fast and is easy to work with. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Whether you're a family of 6 (yep...that's us) or a couple looking to get away, this space has it all. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and not feel like we were stepping all over each other during our stay. The views from the balcony can't be beat. I also can't say enough about having the beach literally steps from your front door. With kids in tow, being able to go back and forth from condo to beach makes this place worth it's weight in gold. The owner has thought of everything from games, to movies, gaming consoles, and a locker full of beach toys and chairs, providing entertainment whether you're inside or out. Sea Colony is in an ideal location offering restaurants within walking distance and a short walk into town for ice-cream. The owner was very friendly and extremely accommodating. We will be staying here again and I would highly recommend this charming condo to anyone looking for a great space, amazing proximity to the beach, and an owner that is easy to work with!
