Pool open Memorial - Nov 1st. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. Indoor pool expected to be closed from April 1 - May 10th for restoration work. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

The condo was beautiful. It is nicely situated in the building and had beautiful views of the beach. It was well appointed with everything needed for cooking and had a nice washer and dryer. Perfect place for a nice getaway!

Great Stay

The condo is comfortable, inviting, and in a great location. My kids, wife, and I enjoyed the live music by the restauranr/bar right outside --the food there was also very good. Bob and his colleagues at OC Beachfront Rentals were very communicative and friendly--easy checkin and no surprises. Access to the beach and the two pools was also great. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in the Plaza many times and this was by far our favorite unit. Great renovations, lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Easy check in and unit was available much earlier than expected. We will definitely be back!

The condo was almost perfect. Absolutely loved the location (112) sitting comfortably on the balcony listening abd watching all the gappy activity. My only complaint was the uce maker didnt work and the pull out was extremely uncomfortable. They ended up sleeping on the couch.

Ladies Trip

We only had time to do a weekend due to everybody's work schedule, but I'm sure if you go during the warmer weather you will also have a fabulous time. The Condo gives a feeling of Beach front home and our stay was on the strip, very close to everything; such as Food Lion, Wawa, numerous restaurants and there's a 7-11 next door. The Outlets are about 10 minutes away and The Ocean Downs Casino is 5 minutes from the Outlet. Th7 -11 is next door.

Nice stay

Jungle bar is right outside the porch so good if you don't mind the crowd and music. Air conditioning and ice maker were not working but were taken care of the next day, communication was good! Could have had pot holders and some more bowls but beautiful place. Having the sheets, towels included was very convenient. Had toilet paper, dish soap etc.which was also lovely!

Nicely Renovated Condo

Condo was nicely renovated and clean. Security desk always friendly and helpful. It is on the first floor so balcony is basically at the tiki bar if that makes any difference when selecting a place. The linens provided were subpar however (old towels and some with bleach stains, no blankets just thin comforters on beds, 100% polyester sheets on master bed) so we ran to Homegoods the next day to buy some items to make our stay more comfortable. We would suggest just bringing your own linens if you choose this condo for your vacation!

I'm Bob. I am married with my beautiful wife Teresa and have two kids Blake 12 and Brooke 10. I grew up in Northern VA  and went to Ocean City, MD every summer. We loved it. I own a company that specializes in entertainment and hospitality. I enjoy coaching my son's flag football team, watching my daughter dance, surfing and playing tennis. I also love just a nice day at the beach with family and friends.
I started using VRBO a few years ago as a guest when we traveled to Hawaii, Miami and even Ocean City. Through these travels, I've been fortunate to learn what a good VRBO experience (and host) looks like. A great home, with a friendly host, in an awesome location, and the ability to do the things you love! I try to ensure that each and every guest that I host walks away with all of that and hopefully more!
When I first started my business and  still today I try to answer every phone call or  email I get within five minutes. I try and do that today so go ahead and try me you will be amazed at my service.
