Just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Walking distance to downtown, and on the free bus route. We are just three blocks from Aspen Gondola! We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home as you snuggle up by your wood-burning fireplace. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, HD digital cable and sound systems. Great place in a great location

This was a great unit for a small group in the heart of Aspen. The complex was great and the unit was clean and well kept. We could walk to the gondola, all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Aspen. This was a great, affordable place close to everything you would want to do or see in Aspen.
