Villa clean had everything you needed for a months stay pool cleaned weekly and heated plenty of sun chairs cleaners did an excellent job and were very efficient if I had a problem messaged host and it was sorted straight away. Would definitely recommend this villa and looking forward to my week next year

We had a wonderful time staying in this villa. It is exactly as described and we found it to be very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool is fantastic and we loved the outside space including the roof terrace in the evenings. Inside we found the villa to be spotlessly clean and well laid out which the whole family enjoyed.We hired a car and explored locally. We also enjoyed a walk to the Sunset Cafe and other restaurants nearby. We loved it so much, we hope to come back soon! Annick gave us a warm welcome and was extremely helpful from start to finish.

Our second visit to this wonderful villa, so we are a little biased. Fantastic communication, great meet and greet, the villa is spacious, fully equipped, great pool, great wifi, very well located. Definitely worth a visit.

From start of booking to end of holiday, communication was excellent.Villa was beautiful and Annick the keyholder organised transfer to and from Villa, driver was Sven who was very nice and speaks English.

Fantastic villa everything you need for a fantastic holiday Car required great pool plenty of space for everyone beds comfortable buy water to be on the safe side owner was able to sort out anything straight away stayed for 4 weeks then to Benidorm for 16 nights to party

Stayed here for a month and was a great experience from beginning to end , fabulous villa , well equipped , clean and a great price. Had good communication with Marc who checked in to make sure every thing was ok . Highly recommend it !

Great Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was very clean, and has everything to give a comfortable holiday with air con etc. It’s well worth paying the extra to have the pool heated. Local contact was very helpful.

We absolutely had an amazing week away. The villa was immaculate and communication for everything from leading up to our stay to gaining access was second to none. I would definitely stay here again. The children both aged 11 loved being able to get into the pool whenever they wanted. The whole stay was just perfect.

Villamartin

The property is to be recommended, it's a clean, very recent and up to date villa. We had a great time, all you need is foreseen in this well equiped property. If we go to the sam area again, we will hire this again for sure.

The villa description was absolutely bang on. Very clean and modern with everything you need. The pool is stunning and a decent size and the amount of space to chill out in is amazing. You do need a car as there are no bars or markets in walking distance and the Villamartin Plaza is 5 minutes by car. We used the Taxi costa app and found them to be reasonable and reliable.Overall a very good experience Annick met us and gave us the low down on everything and it was all very straightforward. Communication with the owner Jean-Marc was easy and friendly. We had a great wee holiday here.

Great summer in even better villa

We had a two week stay in July and August with 3 children and 1 grandchild. The villa was beautiful, everything looked almost brand-new and everything we needed or could think of was available in the villa. Besides the well equipped kitchen there was even an electrical BBQ outside. We especially liked the great airco and the nice pool as it was very very warm during the first week. Almost 40 degrees every day.

Great Villa

Villa was everything you would expect, would’ve preferred the extras to be more eveident rather than lower down in the description. Paying for linen is a new one for me as every villa I have rented before has had bedding, towels I get but bedding. When said bedding arrived was one very thin sheet?! Overall very nice villa though

Une maison très moderne avec une très belle piscine et de belles chambres avec salle de bain, cependant le mobilier extérieur est vétuste et très moyen.Le logement est proche des commerces et de la plage environ 3 Km. Attention les animaux sont acceptés avec un coût de 100 mal précisé dans l’annonce.

bonjour je suis ravi que vous ayez trouver notre villa moderne avec une belle piscine et de belles prestations. Je suis étonné de votre remarque sur le mobilier extérieur. Il y a 2 ensembles de jardin: le premier se trouve sur la terrasse et en bord de piscine avec une table récente, des chaises neuve remplacées fin d'année 2025 et 4 bain de soleil neufs. le salon de jardin est en parfait état. le deuxième ensemble de jardin se trouve au salorium avec une table 6 chaises en parfait état ainsi que 2 bains de soleil recents. je vous concède que le sallon de jardin au solarium a souffert du soleil, mais aurez pu constater que l'ensemble est bien plus que complet et bien plus qu'en parfait état, soit 2 grandes tables, 6 bains de soleil et 2 salons de jardin. Quant au chien, le montant figure bien dans les détails de l'annonce à l'endroir prévu par Abritel.. Bien cordialement et au plaisir de vous revoir

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus.Toller Pool, ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet. Aldi in der Nähe.Ca. 60 km zum Flughafen Alicante. Mietwagen daher erforderlich. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen dort. Bei 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder kein Problem. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten ( Terrasse am Pool, am Eingang oder auch auf der großen Dachterrasse). Elektrogrill vorhanden. Frühstücksbrötchen gab es von Aldi - die waren frisch und sehr gut. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur war hervorragend. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaubsaufenthalt.

Vietimme perheen kesken nautinnollisen viikon Villalla. Nautimme uima-altaasta ja iltaisin kattoterassista. Alue on todella rauhallinen ja auto on hyvä olla käytössä. Villa oli siisti ja kaikki toimi niin kuin pitikin. Viestintä ja järjestelyt sekä isännän, että avainten luovuttajan kanssa toimi erinomaisesti.

Vacances très agréable dans la villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Elle est très bien équipée et spacieuse. Le roof top apporte un plus indéniable. La communication avec le propriétaire a également été très efficace. Le voisinage est calme mais n'est pas des plus pittoresques. Nous séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir dans le futur.

Una casa Preciosa sin limpiar

La casa era Preciosa, muy bien equipada, pero lamentablemente la limpieza no era la adecuada , el sofá estaba sucio, tuve que ponerle unas sábanas,en el cubo de la fregona había una cucaracha,las ventanas traseras sin limpiar y la zona trasera con excrementos de animales.Lo peor fue que al decírselo al propietario este envío mi correo a su limpiadora con todos mis datos,procediendo está a escribirme un correo bastante desagradable,sin asumir un error que lo puede cometer cualquiera.Vaya por delante que en ningún momento pedí ni rebaja del precio ni similar, solo que lo tuviese en cuenta porque quien había ido a limpiar no lo había hecho y me encontré con una cesión de datos y encima una bronca de la limpiadora por haber informado al propietario.Unos hechos que alteraron nuestras vacaciones.El propietario no estuvo a la altura de la situación.
