It consists of 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with double 140 beds and 1 dormitory under the roof with 4 single beds. Or 12 beds maximum. 2 bathrooms and a toilet with toilet and sink without shower. 4 WCs distributed on all floors. Ideal holiday location for lovers of nature, calm, pollution-free life at medium altitude (the village is located at 1,000m above sea level. Very little traffic and no outside pollution). Passionate about cycling, mountain biking, hiking ++++++ (I can advise a lot on these sports activities that I practice.
In winter access to ski resorts, Isola, Auron, Valberg, Gréolières ..... Mercantour Park, Italian Riviera and nearby beaches of Nice. Cards are available in the house.
Culture, exhibition concerts, various restaurants in Nice and surrounding cities.
It is requested not to smoke inside.
The cleaning fee is not included in the price in order to reduce the price. It must be paid upon arrival and when the keys are handed over € 60 (CHP or cash only). However the house must be made clean: kitchen cleaned, dishwasher empty and all cutlery and clean utensils stored.
Plancha gas cleaned and made as clean as it was found.
The bins must be emptied (near the municipal municipal waste sorting site). Clean bathrooms and toilets.
No noisy party in the house out of respect for the village and its inhabitants.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le village de Toudon si calme et serein, la vue de la terrasse est superbe. La maison est très agréable à vivre et les alentours sont magnifiques.

Der Gastgeber, Philip, ist sehr netter und sympatischer Man. Hat alles top vorbereitet und besorgt für problemlose Aufenthalt. Haus ist top ausgestattet, es fehlt da nichts. Toudon ist ein schönes Ort mit wunderbarem Luft und Landschaft. Ein wenig mühsam zu erreichen, aber es lohnt sich am Ende. Wer waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Zeit genossen.

L'hôte, Philip, est un homme très gentil et agréable. Tout était bien préparé et prévu pour un séjour sans problème. La maison est bien équipée, rien ne manque. Toudon est un endroit magnifique avec un air et des paysages merveilleux. Un peu une corvée à faire mais ça vaut le coup à la fin. Qui étaient très satisfaits et ont apprécié le temps.

Alles klar, wunderbar!
Alles klar, wunderbar. Das war alles wie wir uns das wünschten. Wunderbar gelegen, schönes altes Haus, toll ausgestattet. Der Preis für die Lage ist allerdings, dass man nicht mal eben ums Eck gehen kann zum einkaufen. Macht aber nix, wenn man ordentlich plant.
Dafür gibt's die herrliche Landschaft und spitzen Motorradstrecken. Und man hat Meerblick!

Le prix à payer pour cet endroit : ne pas pouvoir faire ses courses au coin de la rue. Mais ça n'a pas d'importance, il suffit de le savoir et de le programmer.
Rajoutons à cela de beaux paysages et chemins de balade à moto.

Top Haus, Top Lage!!!
Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus, mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Ein wundervoller Ausblick läd zum Frühstücken und für gemütliche Abendstunden auf der Terrasse ein. Bei der Einrichtung fehlt es an nichts.
Sehr freundliche und faire Vermieter. Auch die Nachbarn sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
