"Serenity Blue" Destin, Gulf Front Condo, Private Beach, Pool

"Serenity Blue" is an ideal condo located in Silver Beach Towers. Our newly renovated Gulf Front retreat is just an elevator ride down to the beach and beachfront pool. This location is perfect, central to great shopping, excellent restaurants, and a variety of activities for the kids.

*Private balcony with a dining set for 4
*Two balcony chaise lounge chairs, perfect for dolphin watching, people-watching, or relaxing with a book
*Minimum age to rent is 25

The resort has its private beach. The resort has a new beach service setup program. We have purchased the March through October beach set-up subscription, which includes two chaise lounge chairs and an umbrella, allowing our guests to rent beach set-ups at a 50% discount.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

One thing we loved about this place was having assigned, covered parking with easy access to the elevator. The room is directly next to the elevator. The place is really convenient to everything you might need and pretty walkable as well. We will definitely be back!

Excellent condo! Super clean, modern, great layout & finishes, and incredible view. Our family had an absolute blast here and would definitely rebook. My only gripe was the check-in process, as getting reservations for beach chairs and figuring out access prior to our arrival was pretty cumbersome. And, we never received our parking pass, but luckily didn’t need it. However, the management was extremely responsive and in the end we got everything figured out. Had an awesome trip!

This condo is very nicely decorated and the location and view are great! That said, for a high-end rental there are some points that need addressed. Here are some that stood out… 1. Key fob - entry was a stresser since the key fob was not sent soon enough; it should've arrived a week in advance but arrived after we’d left. It wasn't a big deal to coordinate entry but something that didn’t need to happen if it had been managed properly. An extra trip to the post office to mail the fob back too. 2. Door - the door and door jamb are out of alignment. The door does not open or shut without considerable force and noise. This needs repaired. Also, this is tough on older and younger visitors. 3. WiFi - the WiFi is unsecured and so essentially unavailable unless you want to risk your privacy, financial info., etc. P.S.: Don't use unsecured WiFi!4. Hot water - not sure how big the hot water tank is but whoever is the 2nd person to get ready for dinner, gets a cold shower5. Kitchen - the pans and some utensils are old and poor quality. We’ve had this at other rentals too… "second home" pans instead of a full set of qulity cookware and utensils. Again, for a high end rental, you should expect quality.6. Beach chairs were not included. Of our four stays at this location, this was the first time the beach chair service was not included and we had to pay for beach chairs. There were some chairs available in the condo though.

It was a vey nice condo. It was very nicely appointed and decorated well. The only suggestion I have is that there be an adequate amount of flatware - there were only 2 teaspoons. Very unusual. The eating utensils were below the bare minimum. But a very lovely place to stay. I would stay there again.

Summer Family Vacation

Condo was clean and just as pictured. Location was perfect! Only concern we had was the fact none of the exterior doors to the balcony or the lobby locked- with small children this could be concerning however, the balcony doors are extremely heavy and the kids could not open on their own. Overall the condo was perfect and we plan to return in the future!
