About this property

OFFER villa north mallorca, salt water pool, bbq

Villa of two-hundred and eighty square meters built on a plot of one thousand square meters.
The house has two floors. On the lower floor there is a large kitchen with all amenities, a spacious dining room with TV with satellite and air conditioning with cold and heat pump, a huge bathroom with tub and double sink; a room with direct access to the porch with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning (hot and cold) and bathroom with tub. We also find a utility room with washing machine and a bright and large porch where to eat outdoors and in the shade.

Through a beautiful marble staircase with a large window overlooking the mountain we climb to the top floor. In it we find a large living room with air conditioning, a sofa of 3'10 meters long and a TV of 50 inches, 3D, with DVD and satellite. The living room has a large window that goes to the terrace. Also on the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning (hot and cold) and full bathroom en suite with direct access to the terrace and two other rooms with two single beds, air conditioning and also with full bathroom inside of each room.

All spaces inside the house have large windows overlooking the mountain so it is a very bright house. The area is very quiet.
The garden consists of a nice private SALT WATER POOL with solar shower, several tables for outdoor dining, bbq and table tennis.

The house was built in 2007 but has been totally remodeled in modern style in 2014.


Government Eco-Tax and electricity are not included (price is 0'25€/Kw), people normally spend around 5€ per day, not more.

Perfect location

The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. Only 15 minutes to great beaches, historic towns and supermarkets. The house is very well equipped and clean.

Great stay!

We had 8 adults staying here for two weeks. We mostly rock climbed and toured around site seeing. It was a great location and house for all of us as it was quite and just a few minutes drive from Pollensa and centrally located so that we could get to other nearby areas quickly. Highly recommend the house if you want a quite place to stay but near enough to towns and attractions to enjoy the area.

The Villa is exactly as per the photos and description. It is also very clean and comfortable. Great for families. Communication with Virginia was very easy. Highly recommended!

Perfect place, away from the chaos

Really easy book in process and Virginia was attentive the whole time. Beautiful place and not too far from Pollensa but make sure you have some supplies as we couldn't find a convenience store near. Overall is great getaway.

Absolute perfection, everything about this villa was fabulous, from the furnishings, decor, facilities and out door space. Fabulous host in Virginia who even went out of her way to help our daughter at the local clinic when she developed a rash, this was my mums first holiday overseas and it was so good she had tears when saying goodbye. We will return.

Super villa and base

This is a lovely villa. It is spacious and clean and so well equipped. Everything is of a good quality. Virginia, the owner, is always quick to respond and was very helpful with suggestions and locations of supermarkets . There is so much outdoor space which the grandchildren enjoyed exploring. Great location for exploring beaches of Pollensa and Alcudia. There is lots of needed shade around the pool from the trees; this does mean that the pool is shaded also at times. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 children and we all had a super time. Thoroughly recommend.

Wir kommen wieder!

Liebe Virginia, die Villa und das Anwesen waren eine 10 von 10. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen. :) Hervorzuheben ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat und die Villa sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet ist. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln, bis auf einen kleinen Disput mit dem Nachbarn. Es wäre super, wenn dieser bereits im Voraus informiert werden könnte, dass eine größere Gruppe kommt und die Lautstärke dementsprechend angepasst wird. :) Ein weiteres Manko waren die vielen Stechmücken - ein kleiner Vorrat an Kerzen wäre deshalb empfehlenswert! Dennoch hat das schöne Haus, der tolle Pool und die ruhige Lage uns vollkommen zufriedengestellt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

Traumhafte Finca mit top Lage!!

Wir waren nach unserer Hochzeit auf Malle mit unserer Familie, 6 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder auf dieser tollen Finca. Der Kontakt mit Virginia war von Anfang perfekt. Sie hat alles super erklärt und übergeben, alles war sehr sauber, neuwertiger Zustand, rundum gelungen. Küche genial mit angrenzender Terrasse und Pool optimal auch für die Kids. Wir können diese Finca von Herzen weiter empfehlen. Auch die Lage ist optimal. 40 Minuten an Flughafen. Schöne Städte und Strände, das Gebirge sind schnell zu erreichen. Liebe Grüße Laura & Flo

La propriété est vraiment belle et bien équipée. Chacune des 5 chambres a sa propre salle de bain avec toilettes. L'extérieur avec sa piscine, terrasses, transats est vraiment super. La climatisation est vraiment apprécié ! Virginia est une très bonne hôte, réactive, accueillante et à l'écoute. On ne pouvait pas trouver meilleur logement ! Merci !

Encantada!

Estamos todos encantados con nuestra estancia en esta casa. La casa es grande y que todas las habitaciones tenga su propio baño es una pasada. Otro puntazo para la lavavajillas que nos ayudó a no perder tiempo jajaj. El exterior con barbacoa, hamaca y ping-pong es precioso, una pena no poder disfrutar de la piscina por ser invierno. También no podemos dejar de decir cómo Virginia es atenciosa, siempre disponible para cualquier duda, muy amable. Los adultos están contentos, y los niños preguntando cuando volveremos. Así que gracias por todo! :)

A wonderful weekend at Villa Romani!

This is an amazing villa, that is so well equipped with everything you would need for a fantastic holiday with a larger or smaller group. The house is beautifully decorated, with plenty of outdoor and indoor space- the outside area is fantastic, which even in the rain is still accessible! My partner and I only stayed for a long weekend but had a great time- the area is lovely but you do need a car to get around the island, which is very easy with Palma only a 30 min drive. There are local towns within easy driving distance, with great restaurants and supermarkets/shops. We loved having breakfast on the outside porch, listening to the birds sing and enjoying all the lovely clean air. Virginia is such a helpful host- nothing was too much trouble- and always quick to respond. We would highly recommend her beautiful villa, thank you for a perfect weekend Virginia!

Sehr schönes,modernes und bestens ausgesttatetes Haus.

Wir haben alles was wir brauchten vorgefunden. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Es sind genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch in der Küche ist alles reichlich vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich,schnell und hilfsbereit ( viele Tipps für Strände und Restaurants). 👍😊 Allerdings braucht man ein Auto um zum Supermercado oder Bäcker zu kommen ( ca.4,5 km).

Modernes, sauberes und schönes Haus - gerne wieder :-)

+ sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zur Vermieterin + gute Ausstattung + Sauberkeit + genügend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden + am Pool gibt es zu jeder Tageszeit sonnige und schattige Plätze + am Tisch draußen kann man schöne Abende verbringen und auf den beleuchteten Pool blicken (Zeitschaltuhr) + Hochstuhl und Babybett wurde zur Verfügung gestellt - Die WLAN Verbindung in der oberen Etage war leider nicht so gut - Die Duschen in der oberen Etage sind etwas klein. Aber im Gemeinschaftsbad hat man noch eine extra große Dusche/Badewanne

Great house, great location, great host!

Everything about our stay in Villa Romani was perfect. Starting from the communications with Virginia, to the accuracy of the listing. The house was beautiful, super cleaned, spacious, and we loved the location. We will definitely come back for our next trip to Mallorca.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la villa qui était magnifique. Tout était exactement comme sur les photos, propre et le voisinage est très tranquille. Il était très facile de communiquer avec notre hôte Virginia qui nous a même conseillé sur les plages et endroits à découvrir à Majorque. Merci beaucoup pour cette semaine !
