The apartment borders the marine lake of Leucate.Its south west allows guests to enjoy the magnificent sunsets on the lake from the terrace. Mount Canigou towers majestically in the background. Between November and May its summit is crowned with snow.
Although retailers, bars and restaurants are within 300 meters, this apartment is a haven of tranquility in a pedestrian zone.
At 200 meters, two swimming pools are heated. They are open from April to November. Opposite the pools is a sandy beach with a sailing and windsurfing school . Tennis and other sporting facilities are nearby as well as a supervised play ground for children.
In July and August rentals go from Saturday to Saturday. The dog-friendly beach is only 2km away

La propriétaire est gentille mais les lieux n'étaient pas propres, le sol a mérité du ménage dès notre arrivée. Les couverts ont mérité d'être relavés. Il n'y a pas d'échelle pour monter sur le lit mezzanine. La vue est vraiment le point positif, splendide

Bel emplacement pour ce petit appartement parfait pour 2-3 personnes. Très bien équipé, toutes commodités aux alentours, plage accessible en vélo avec nombreuses pistes cyclables. Les literies mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement et il n’est pas vraiment climatisé car c’est un rafraîchisseur d’air avec bac à eau/glaçon. Heureusement nous n’avons pas eu de grosse chaleur.

Wundervolle Gegend, kleines feines Studio

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 5 Personen dort, ja das Studio ist zwar klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend für eine Woche. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Die Gegend und die Umgebung sind traumhaft. Super schöne Strände, rundum alles toll!

Unbezahlbarer Ausblick

Klein aber toll ausgestattet- von der Fliegenklatsche bis zum Geschirrspüler inklusive Putzmittel - leider mussten wir immer das Auto nehmen, um zum Strand zu kommen, es gibt keine Busverbindung zu den Stränden

Désolée pour le bus, je pense que la commune n'a prévu des navettes gratuites que pour circuler de long en large dans le village étalé sur 5 km. Si vous m'aviez soumis cette requête au cours de votre séjour je vous aurais signalé que la navette va jusqu'au centre du village qui est à proximité de la plage et de l'office du tourisme. Superbe semaine au calme.

Hôte super gentille et très disponible. Environnement très agréable. Idéal pour les familles. Piscine à côté de l'appartement avec 2 bassins et jeux d'eaux pour les petits. Plage et activités a moins de 10 minutes en voiture à le Barcarès. A 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement la place principale avec restaurant, bar, snack, glacier, tabac, boulangerie, carrefour express et petite salle de jeux, manège pour les petits. Marché nocturne 2 fois par semaine. L'appartement est fidèl aux photos avec superbe vue sur le lac marin.

Hôte premium ? Basé sur quels critères ? Logement insalubre et sale.. très sale, vaisselle avec restes de nourriture dessus, de la crasse sous le lit et autres… porte vitrée menant à l’extérieur qui ne ferme pas. Store roulant qui ne s’ouvre pas. Luminaire en verre au niveau du lit fissuré. Logement humide. Amie de la propriétaire qui nous surveille tous les soirs. Quand on demande où se trouve la piscine on nous répond que c’était bien trop logique de la trouver que ça ne lui paraissait pas nécessaire de nous l’indiquer. Je ne recommande pas.

Noël au balcon

Petit séjour au studio pour le marché de noël à Barcares accueil par la propriétaire Yolande très sympathique.lLe studio est au bord de l'étang avec une vue magnifique sur le Canigou .Il est au rez de chaussée avec une terrasse et un accès direct sur l'étang .Studio très confortable .Le parking est juste à coté du studio.Trés belles ballades le long de l'étang . Nous avons passés un trés bon séjour dans un endroit magnifique.Je recommande ce studio pour la situation et la vue exeptionnelle .Merci à Yolande pour son accueil.

Vue magnifique du studio

Vacances agréable, studio fonctionnel, activité paddle et planche a voile sur l'étang, petit commerce a côté, on est a 35 minutes de l'Espagne ,studio bien placé en face du mont cannigou A refaire.
