So so good
Communication with Lorraine was excellent from start to finish and what a lovely lady to deal with. We were greeted with a really warm welcome and to be honest it was like being greeted by a relative we had gone to stay with. The welcome pack was one of the best we have ever had and very much appreciated. The house is so comfortable and cosy and it was like going home after a day out. It is extremely well equipped and there is a huge folder with all the instructions for the appliances if needed. The beds were really comfortable and we slept well, the area is so quiet. There is a shopping centre not too far away which you can walk to and has a good sized Sainsbury’s, boots and a TKMax along with a few other stores. There is an excellent bus service which we used regularly and we also walked into Princes Street which took us 35mins. If you fancy a takeaway we can highly recommended Franco’s who deliver, the menu is not just the usual fish and chips. Would we stay here again yes definitely.

Highly recommend
Lovely accommodation, Lorraine was very helpful and answered all questions quickly. Good supply of towels and bed linens, cozy house, excellent heating. However more spare cupboard space for food would be good. Ideally situated for a short trip on the bus into Edinburgh, overall a fantastic stay.

Beautiful and comfortable home with everything one could need
The house was spotless when we arrived and Lorraine was very sweet and helpful with advice on how to get around the city. The house is in a great location with a Sainsbury's just around the corner and a bus stop close by too. The house had everything we ever needed, especially cleaning supplies that are often overlooked by property owners. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay at a place that feels like a second home.
