This spacious three level family vacation home offers sweeping views of Richmond Pond and the Atlantic Ocean, and you will enjoy especially great sunsets. Easy walking distance (appx 600 yards) to residents' beach. Additional access to Elephant Rock Beach Club available for additional fee. (ERBC Rules apply.)
Air conditioning on all levels; WIFI; sleeps 11, including 2 en suite master bedrooms each with a king bed; washer/dryer; two dens on different floors, each with a TV; large yard on quiet private road; deck with grill; stone patio with lounge chairs and sofa/chairs; outdoor shower; ping pong table.
