GREAT VACATION HOME FOR A FAMILY GETAWAY!! NEW Private Regulation sized pickleball court in the backyard oasis with in-ground heated pool.

NEW (2025) Built in outdoor kitchen with high end grill, refrigerator and granite counters and with a 4 seat bar.

This home is being rented as a family and friends retreat. As of 2025, we will no longer offer this property for wedding headquarters. There are no events, catered affairs, parties, bachelor/bachelorette's, or weddings of any size allowed at this property.

Very sunny home with 4 bedrooms (*Seasonal 5th bedroom located in separate pool house with double bed and 1/2 bath) and 3.5 baths, large pool (May 15-Sept 15 +/- a few days) with pool house and lots of outdoor seating options!

Master bedroom-2nd floor-king with wood stove insert, full bath, steam room/shower (closet located in the hall, no access to master closet)

Bedroom 2 and 3-2nd floor-both with full beds and shared jack and jill bath
1st floor queen bedroom with hall bath
Bedroom 5- *SEASONAL*-In separate pool house with 1/2 bath
**Please note, all the bedrooms in this house are on the small side**

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Occupancy is limited to 10, NO PARTIES/EVENTS/TENTS/CATERED AFFAIRS/BACH PARTIES Violations = immediate eviction, no refunds given. Please obey rules
No smoking/vaping ,no pets, Quiet hours 8PM-8AM Exterior security cameras on property for off season security only,do not monitor any private spaces.
No more than 6 cars can park at the property. No animals allowed at this property due to life threatening allergies of a child, please no animals!!

Perfect family or group getaway

The house was very nice! There was almost every amenity you could think of in the kitchen and pantry for our stay. We had a great time using the pool, pickleball court and fire pit. The grounds were so peaceful and beautiful flowers and landscaping surrounded the property. Very relaxing and peaceful. We also enjoyed going out to eat in nearby Newport area and visiting the nearby Newport Vineyard. Thank you Bonnie.

Peaceful Portsmouth Beauty

My family stayed for one week in June and it was pure bliss! The home is spacious and comfy. When we had to be online for work (or summer classes) there was excellent wifi and the office space was perfect. The pool was heated and gorgeous. When we weren’t lounging in or by the pool we were enjoying the beautiful outdoor and indoor family space. Bedrooms were classically furnished and were very comfortable. We look forward to returning next summer.

Wonderful vacation home

This home was prefect! Quiet, CLEAN, many extras! Bonnie the host was very responsive to answering questions and your needs. There were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, games, puzzles. The kitchen was well supplied with anything you need. The pool was great. This home had everything you need plus more.

Beautiful New England experience

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week during the summer and what a wonderful experience it was! We got married at the Glen Manor House during our stay here and are so glad we found this home to enjoy during our wedding week. We have so many wonderful memories sitting under the verandah outdoors with our closest family members discussing what a beautiful setting we had to experience our wedding week. We spent most of our time outdoors as there is more than enough room & activities for the whole family from swimming, lawn games, basketball, lounging by the pool, admiring the garden or cooking on the grill. We truly appreciate the owners flexibility and accommodations for us. In addition the property has many mature hydrangeas that make for great photo opportunities!

Family vacation/Engagement

We had a FANTASTIC time at 107 Meadowlark Lane. The house set set on a beautiful piece of property and landscaped with gorgeous trees, bushes, and flowers. The house was exceptionally clean with great space for all 10 of us. Each one of my children had their own private space to relax in..whether it was at the pool, playing pickle ball, running the nearby trails, sitting around the fire pit, playing golf, or watching the Polo practice! we did it all. Not to mention that Newport was not too far away which was nice. Our son proposed to his girlfriend at the Greenville Winery that was located right around the corner which was another hidden gem. We hope to be back again in the future. Bonnie went out of her way to make our stay memorable. This is a great house!!

Special Time.

We loved our stay at Meadowlark Lane. We were in Portsmouth for our daughter’s wedding. The home served well both as a base of operations as well as a retreat. Exactly what we needed. The home is very nice, certainly comfortable. What sets it apart though is the yard and gardens. You won’t find anything finer. They represent passion for the outside.

Amazing house!

We've been vacationing in Newport area for past 4 summers with another family and this was by far our best experience! Bonnie was super responsive and her family's home was every bit as advertised! We loved the "two wings" so each family could spread out at night but then come together during the day in/around pool and backyard! All in all, a great trip and we look forward to returning!
