Adjacent to the cove is a little pond which features at certain times of the year a mated pair of mute swans. The front deck offers a view of the pond and ocean as you fire up the grill and enjoy an evening meal. The yard has hosted many epic croquet contests and has ample room for badminton, volleyball and the like. There is a garage and carport for use and a discretionary amount of firewood for the two fireplaces.
Little Compton's center features Wilbur's General Store and the local restaurant, Commons Lunch. Also nearby is A-1 Pizza. Car rides and bicycle trips to Sakonnet Point and the Sakonnet Vineyards are also popular pastimes.. A twenty minute drive to Westport provides access to an excellent grocery store.
