Beautiful location and easy access to the Redwood Parks. The cottage was well stocked, clean, with a fantastic sweeping view of the coastline. The hot tub was a great benefit after hiking.
Beautiful property inside and out. Enjoyed our stay on the coast. Property was just as described. Town was very nice and for places to eat, we highly recommend Trinidad Bay Eatery, the Clam Chowder is AMAZING!!! Easy walk to stores or the beaches. Also take a walk on the lighthouse trail, great views of the town and the ocean. Thanks for the great stay. Hope to come back again.
First time in Trinidad. The kitchen was well stocked, we had plenty of towels at our disposal and the bed was oh so comfortable it was hard to leave. Did I mention the view? OMG!
We arrived at night and only heard the sound of the water and when we awoke we were blown away! What a view! The kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom had plenty of hot water. The bed was comfy and we slept well. My only complaint was that we had to leave.
Absolute Perfection – Our Favorite Hidden Gem! This was our third time staying at The Crow's Nest in Trinidad, and it was just as amazing and perfect as our very first visit! This property is a true beauty, It’s become a very special place for me and my boys. We have been coming here for years, and each time is absolutely incredible. The view is breathtaking, the property is immaculate, the location is perfect ….you really get the best of all worlds with the Crow’s nest. The host is absolutely great—always making sure we have everything we need for a wonderful stay. Without a doubt, this is the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. We are already looking forward to our next trip. We will definitely be back!
My family has been staying at the Crow’s Nest for years. The location is perfect, it has the best view, and all around cozy ocean vibes. We also appreciated the kitchen updates since our last visit!
It is a nice vacation house which has pretty much everything you need in daily life. In a nice and quiet neighborhood that has a few restaurants and grocery stores. We LOVED the view, can't beat that. Will definitely stay here again if we visit the area again.
The pictures don’t lie! The home is beautiful inside and out. We had such a peaceful time here, watching the view and exploring the area. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. The washer/dryer worked great. The bed and couches were comfortable. We loved every minute of it we were there. Trinidad was a cute town and it was a short ride to the Redwood Parks.
This is our new Favorite place to stay! The view of ocean and huge rocks fills the big front window. Yo can walk to the beach and the charming tiny town of Trinidad. The house was sparkling clean. The bed comfy. People are friendly. Great grocery store packed with unusual food. Good butcher. It was chilly and windy in late May, but wild flowers and gardens bloomed merrily. I’m ready to bo back.
The Crows Nest is a wonderful home to stay in! The view from the kitchen/dining/sitting room is stunning - unobstructed harbor, mountain and sea. The kitchen is simple but well appointed, clean and fresh. Maybe I missed it in the description, but was excited to see the jacuzzi on the porch - we used it every afternoon/evening. It is only a minute or two stroll to either the beach or the harbor cove or to the start of the walking trail that circles the peninsula. There are plenty of areas to sit both inside and outside. This house is good for a family, rather than two couples as the 2nd sleeping area is accessed either through the bedroom or going around outside and then through the front door. I would suggest replacing the sofa bed with a real bed. It looks nice in the pictures, but is even better in person!
