Freshly refurbished 2 BR 1 BA single-family home, with a rustic Italian theme. PRIVATE hot tub, 4 cruiser bikes, gas grill, outdoor fire pit (chiminea) with seating for 6. This ADULTS ONLY retreat is in a quiet location within walking and/or bicycle distance to everything Old Town Fort Collins has to offer. Government-issued ID required upon request. NO INFANTS OR CHILDREN UNDER 12, NO PETS, AND NO SMOKING.
Rustic Italian-themed home with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It can sleep up to 6. Includes one queen-sized bed, one full-sized bed, and an oversized sofa with an ottoman in the living room that can sleep two adults. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would need to prepare amazing meals: a gas stove, dishwasher, disposal, place settings for 8, including red, white, champagne, and martini glasses. Extras include a coffee maker with fresh ground Italian coffee, a pizza stone, crockpot, blender, a variety of herbs and spices, and more. There are three Samsung 4k UHD Smart TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Wi-Fi with ultra-high-speed 1GB internet service. There is a very PRIVATE outdoor hot tub for up to five people with Bluetooth speakers and party lights. Other outdoor amenities include a chiminea (with firewood provided), seating, cornhole, and an LP gas grill. Perfect for entertaining.
This home has been beautifully renovated and furnished with new high-quality furniture. So please, absolutely NO PETS and NO SMOKING. This property is not suitable for infants or children under the age of 12.
