Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Bright and cheery with warm atmosphere is an understatement. We look forward to meeting people from many places and backgrounds

We are long time residents of Fort Collins. We especially love our location in Old Town. We are very active in the area with running social dances at our athletic club, road cycling all of the great roads in the area, enjoying the local hiking trails and the fantastic life style afforded by Fort Collins. We also garden, as can be seen in our photo selections.
