Located just 7 blocks from world-renowned Mayo Clinic, Grove Condominiums feature eight newly developed fully furnished, two-bedroom, two bathroom units, with 1,000 square feet of living space, and each with their own in-unit laundry, private and secure entrance, wifi, cable television, pots and pans, kitchen essentials, linens, bedding, towels and more! This particular unit is dog- friendly (see pet rules below). No carpet. No smoking.

This unit has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms; one with shower/tub combination and the other with a shower.

The kitchen features brand new full-sized appliances and ample counter and cabinet space-perfect for making home cooked meals in your home away from home!

In addition to a large kitchen and living area, there is a full-size stackable washer and dryer in the unit.

There is no need to worry about parking as each unit comes with a parking space in our private parking lot as well as free on-street parking.

Just a few steps down the street (cul-de-sac) you can enjoy access to the city s paved recreational trail system that goes for miles and miles throughout Rochester and the surrounding area. There is also a park just a block away with kids play equipment and tennis courts.

With quality finishes and comforting personal touches, these fully-furnished rentals are ideal for patients, visitors, or residents looking for short or long term housing in Rochester, MN.

Perfect Property

This condo is better than it’s description. Everything is provided from spices to wax paper and from linens to Kleenex. We stayed for six weeks during treatment at Mayo Clinic. We’ve stayed in hotels for more cost and much less comfort. We were able to prepare meals according to medical necessity. And we could have meals delivered. The location is quiet and yet near the clinic and grocery and drug stores. We highly recommend this property.
