Cozy lodge-like house nestled in the woods, renovated with updated amenities. Indoor/outdoor living located directly across the street from the beach and around the corner from the Point Reyes National Seashore. A short drive to world famous wilderness trails, expansive beaches, lighthouse, oysters, food and wine. Stunning views of Tomales Bay and the West Marin hillside from the house and a large outdoor deck. Kayak and standup paddle rental located within a block. Wildlife refuge and bird watching heaven.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
* Load/run dishwasher - will pop open to dry after cycle.
 * Empty trash, compost and recycling. Bring trash cans to curb - facing street with bungee cords must be securing lids. 
Place any dirty/wet towels on floor or in sink of laundry room (please do not place in washer, where they may get moldy)
Place outdoor cushions in deck box / and front chair cushions inside dining room - * Lock front and back doors (3 total)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We don't allow parties on the property or groups over 6 adults. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near National and State parks.
There's room for 3 cars in the parking area. Please contact owner if additional parking is needed. The driveway and walk to beach are up/down a hill.
There is absolutely no cigarette smoking anywhere on the property.
