We are thrilled to have you as our guest in our stylish and cozy guest suite, just a stone's throw away from convenient public transportation.
Featuring a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, a luxuriously comfortable KING SIZE bed, and an additional Queen Size, our guest suite is designed to provide you with the ultimate home away from home experience.
Located at the foot of Burnaby Mountain, you'll find us just a short distance from Simon Fraser University.
Private entrance Guest Suite that sleeps up to 4 guests.
Please refer to the pictures I will send the same day of your arrival to provide as guide steps for a quick and easy self check-in and check-out process at your convenience.
Feel free to give us a call anytime between 7am to 10pm, or send a text or email 24 hours a day.
I'm here whenever you want to chat or need anything.

We don’t rent room for parties or gatherings of any nature.
To help people get a better idea of location, the Guest Suite is near Hastings Street and Duthie Ave in Burnaby. This might be a perfect location for some people and might not work for some. We are in a residential area, there is no shop or restaurant in walking distance. The Guest Suite is close to shopping, restaurants, highway access, and main roads. Was a perfect space for what we needed! The place was immaculately clean, modern and had all the necessities 😊 The beds were super comfortable and we slept really well! The added bonus of bottled water stocked in the fridge made it more perfect! I would highly recommend this place. 👍👍😊

Great place for the money

We wanted a nice place to stay a little way from Vancouver as we were just passing through and didn’t want to pay the premium to stay downtown. Stellar bed, very comfortable and clean. Quaint, but nicely done bathroom with rain shower head. Completely separate suite with privacy from homeowner. Overall it was a nice place to stay in a nice neighborhood, with parking included! Note on the parking though, the tree above does leave some residue on your car, but it wasn’t a huge issue as the windows cleaned up easy.

Reasonable price for fantastic stay in Burnaby

I had an exceptional experience at the Modern King-Size Guest Suite in Burnaby. The suite was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly felt like home. The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout my stay. I got my check in information close to my reservation date and the host responded fast with Vrbo messaging service. The host was outstanding—professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. She went above and beyond to provide amenities that surpassed typical hotel offerings, including an abundance of towels, personal hygiene products, a microwave, and a fridge, all of which added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.The suite’s modern design, complemented by thoughtful touches, made it a perfect retreat. Located in a peaceful neighborhood since I got my own vehicle, I will stay again when I visit yvr again.

Nice, quiet place.

Check in was smooth, and effortless. I was early and was able to check in regardless. A nice, quiet area and the suite had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
