Lovely property in a great location. Howie was a lovely person, very helpful and even gave us a lift down to the sea bus when we left.Apartment was very clean, had everything anybody could have needed and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Vancouver.

Lovely little downstairs flat. Had everything we needed for a week's stay. Close to shops and cafes and on bus routes. Host was lovely and left us some welcome snacks and bubble. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Just returned from a family holiday in Vancouver. We made a good decision to stay at Max’s place, it was perfect for us, very well appointed, great quality appliances and bedding, great location, walking distance to shops, near to Capilano suspension bridge and Grouse mountain. As it a basement conversion (and a lovely one at that) there is limited natural light so we did need the lights on all the time but this is a very minor point. Max was very quick to help with any queries we raised. Would not hesitate to recommend this property. Lovely stay.

We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our time there. The property is well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The location is great for Grouse mountain and the suspension bridge and it was easy to connect with the trans Canadian highway for other parts of the city. We usually caught the bus into Central Vancouver - a 15 minute walk to the stop was pleasant. Buses were regular into the city and ran until late at night too. We were also closer to Royal Park shopping mall which was handy. Some lovely local walks too. Good value property too and somewhere that we would stay again in Vancouver.

A wonderful and faultless apartment that is very quiet but only 7 minutes walk to Lonsdale shops, including Loblaws City Market supermarket. And 30 minutes stroll to the Quay / Seabus (we bought Compass cards and cheated by using the bus on the return uphill). The apartment has everything that we could possibly need and all in tip-top condition. Plenty of linen and towels - including bath towels that fit around my ample, 6-foot frame. The joining instructions were detailed and precise and our hosts live above and offered us any help (although none needed). Would definitely return.
