The villa of 220 m2 (approx) is air-conditioned and includes 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Amazing property in stunning location.

House is well equipped with modern finish, in cracking location. Shops, beaches, restaurants all nearby reached with a car. Owner and manager very helpful. Couldn’t fault it!

Amazing!

Everything about this villa was amazing! Even better than the photos. Very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed. Loved the layout, big open living area that extends to the deck and outside dining area (which we used for all meals), large heated pool, comfortable sun loungers/umbrellas, large televison, very comfortable beds/bedding, automatic blackout blinds. Perfect quiet location (2 min drive to fruit shop that sells basic groceries/breads etc 10 min to bigger supermarkets). Restaurants nearby. Walk to the beach or drive to many spectacular beaches close by. Pascal was wonderful, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend...one of the best villas we've ever stayed at.

Nous avons passé une chouette semaine entre amies dans cette très belle maison. La vue est fantastique et l'endroit paisible. La pluie ayant fait des siennes, nous avons pu compter sur l'efficacité et la gentillesse de Pascal qui a réagit très rapidement à nos demandes. Tout est bien vite rentré dans l'ordre. Magnifique séjour dans cette splendide villa!

Les photos ne mentent pas, cette villa est exceptionnelle! La vue sur la mer, la piscine et son deck moderne et convivial, son intérieur confortable et fonctionnel, tout pour passer un séjour agréable! Maison de rêves

Nous avons passé une semaine à 8 adultes et 2 bébés dans cette maison incroyable, sans se marcher dessus une seule seconde. Les apéros, repas, et après-midi passés sur la terrasse, à regarder l'horizon, le soleil ou la lune étaient tout simplement magiques. Et que dire du petit rituel matinal de la baignade dans la mer à 5 minutes à pied ? Bref, nous reviendront c'est certain !

Confort et vue incroyable!

Une très belle villa ainsi qu’un concierge aimable et serviable. La plupart des voitures en location sont maintenant électriques et la maison n’a pas de borne alors très long à charger et nous devions couper le chauffe-piscine pour ne pas débarquer les disjoncteurs. La piscine est à 26-27 degrés celcius ce qui est frais pour nous. Peu de chose sont fournies. On a dû acheter du savon à vaisselle, du papier de toilette, savon pour laveuse à linge , huile et epices. Nous avons tout de même adoré cette villa qui est à 5 minutes environ de la plage. Merci à notre concierge qui a été d’une gentillesse remarquable et qui a répondu à toutes nos questions par texte. Il y a une plaque pour cuire à l’extérieur et nous avons beaucoup aimé ça!! Encore merci et nous reviendrions n’importe quand!!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr ruhig gelegen und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Grosszügige Zimmer, alles sehr sauber. Wir haben es sehr genossen und konnten trotz des teilweise bewölkten/regnerischen Wetters die Ferien geniessen und dank des geheizten Pools auch jederzeit baden. Besten Dank auch an Pascal, welcher sehr zuvorkommend war.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in Pinarello!

Die moderne Villa ist großartig und lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage mit dem Panoramablick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Pinarello ist atemberaubend! Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen dank an Frédéric für die freundliche Betreuung und die Hilfsbereitschaft vor Ort! Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa Magnifique, très confortable avec vue imprenable !

Dans un environnement très calme, Villa contemporaine meublée avec gout , équipements de qualité en très bon état. Très bonne literie, rien n'a été fait a l'économie : ( vaisselle, TV, transats, parasols etc) Nous avons apprécié les produits d'accueils a notre arrivée ! De petits parasols de plage sont même mis a disposition ! Difficile de quitter cette villa ou on se sent bien !
