Recent 180 m² villa on two levels with a terrace of over 100 m², 10 minutes from the superb Pinarellu beach, in an exceptionally quiet environment, with magnificent sea and mountain views. Wooded land of 2400 m². Classified Tourist Residence **** by the Corsica tourist office.

Perfection

Three days went by too fast. Corsica surpassed our expectations and the home was just amazing. Everyone loved having their own bathroom and tie pool/view is fabulous.

We had a wonderful stay in this stunning villa! The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking – we couldn’t get enough of it. The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and we felt at home right away.The amenities left nothing to be desired – especially the kitchen, which is very well equipped and made cooking a pleasure.A big thank you to Patrick, who was always available and very friendly. We also really appreciated the excellent on-site support from Maxime and Frédéric – they were warm, helpful, and always there when needed.Our conclusion: if Corsica, then definitely in this amazing villa. We would love to come back!

Wonderful house, astonishing view, great host

We really recommend this house to anybody who wants to travel to the wonderful area south-east of Corsica. The house is situated on top of a small hill, with a astonishing view over the beaches of Pinarellu. There is nothing you'll miss in the house: air conditioning, well-equpied large kitchen, 4 bed rooms each with an own bath room, a wooden terrace, an infinity pool, a sun-protected area with large tables, outside shower and so on. In addition there is a beautiful garden with a jaccuzzi. Patrick is a great host with immediate and very helpful communication in advance and while we were in the house. All in all, the best house we've ever stayed in. Thanks Patrick!

Perfect Vacation !

We spent a week in M. Exbrayat's villa in La Testa with our 5 kids at the beginning of August. We liked absolutely everything about it : - the location : close to the beach, the village, the river and at the same time extremely easy to access - the view : exactly like on the pictures. Beautiful landscape overlooking the bay. - the premises : extremely convenient and well distributed house, with a bathroom for each room, appropriate kitchen equipment, wonderful outside sitting area. The swimming pool is big enough and perfect for the kids. The living room is big and bright, with view toward the outside. - the contact with the landlords and the easiness to organize our venue, including nice activities and restaurant tips It was very consistent with our expectations, one week was just too short :)

Perfection!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and accommodating to our needs. The house and grounds are extremely clean and well maintained. The lay out the house is very comfortable for a family or couples with each room having its own bathroom. The view is absolutely gorgeous, pictures do not do it justice! We enjoyed BBQ outside while looking out at the water. The pool was perfect as well. The location is great - there are a lot of beaches locally and a town close by with a good boulangerie. Additionally there is a farm stand 5 minutes away with the freshest ingredients. We went to Porto Vecchio frequently which was about 20-25 minute drive away. I would highly recommend this stay! Many thanks to the host for a great time and accommodations!

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und man hat eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer. Auch der angeschlossene Garten war für mich ein Highlight. Er ist sehr liebevoll terrassenartig angelegt und es gibt einiges zu entdecken. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit freundlich. Eine kleine Reparatur wurde sofort erledigt und ich wurde oft mit frischen Feigen versorgt. Patrick hieß uns bei der Anreise willkommen, zeigte uns das Haus und sogar einen nahegelegenen schönen Strand. Einzig ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk (ein bisschen frisches Obst und Wein etc.) hätte dies noch abrunden können. Insgesamt war aber alles perfekt und einfach traumhaft.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wir wurden freundlich begrüsst und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Das Haus ist ist sauber, gross, mit drei Teenagern genau das Richtige. Der Pool mit der traumhaften Aussicht ist einfach grossartig. Der Besitzer ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir konnten während dem Urlaub Fragen stellen und er hat immer sofort geantwortet. Wir kauften ein in den nahegelegenen Einkaufsläden, kochten in der tollen Küche oder genossen die zahlreichen, wundervollen Restaurants. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und uns sehr gut erholt. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Korsika reisen, würden wir uns wieder für dieses wunderschöne Haus entscheiden.

Nous nous attendions à vivre un moment fantastique dans cette demeure…mais ce fut paradisiaque…

Niché juste en face la baie de Pinarello et de sa tour génoise, le lieu est enchanteur. La vue est digne d’une véritable carte postale… La demeure est spacieuse, moderne, grande et super équipée près de sa piscine au sel… Rien ne nous a déçus et le propriétaire est « aux petits oignons » avec ses hôtes. Le descriptif de la villa est en deçà de la réalité. A recommander sans aucune hésitation !

Superbe séjour

Maison située sur les hauteurs de Pinarello, à 10 minutes en voiture de la grande plage de Pinarello et 5 minutes de la plage des Américains, plus petite et intimiste. Vue mer et en pleine verdure, paysage extraordinaire! Maison très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable (je n'avais jamais loué une maison aussi bien entretenue), très bonne literie, piscine très agréable, terrasse ombragée pour les repas et barbecue au gaz. Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. A 5 minutes en voiture de Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio pour faire les courses (Super U, boucher, pizzeria....) Cette maison est un vrai paradis, nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Un grand merci!

The best holiday in Corsica

During the Covid-19 period we where not sure to go on holiday or not, so we decided to travel with car somewhere with beautiful whether! Corsica was the perfect solution, when we looked for a home to stay with 4 adults and 3 kids there was not so many opportunities to find a beautiful House with a swimming pool, a great view, 4 different bedrooms with each a separate bathroom and toilet. When we find this house we where so impressed that we booked it. We checked with the owner and we where impressed by the flexibility of the owner! We arrived with the boat so we asked if it was possible to arrive a bit earlier and also to be able to stay until 15h, this was all possible. The beauty of this house is that the owner build this house with the best materials, this was not build as a investment! We can only be very happy that we find this house on the internet, we had a fantastic holiday, the house, the location and the view where perfect , we can not mention one thing that was not good!

Tres agreable sejour

Prestation villa très satisfaisante et a la jauteur de nos attentes. Situation calme avec belle vue mer. Proprietaire tres sympatique et attentif. Seul bemol: le feu rouge de Sainte-Lucie de Porto Vecchio.

Nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour à la villa soit très agréable et que le jardin soit bien entretenu et attrayant (je crois que vous avez apprécié les figues ...). C'est vrai que ce secteur commence à être plus fréquenté, mais rien à voir avec le temps que j'ai mis pour revenir de Santa Giulia où nous avions visité des amis : 1h30 !!! Le secteur sud de Porto-Vecchio reste un cauchemar sur la route en retour de plages ... Et ce n'est pas le cas vers chez nous. Merci d'avoir pris soin de la villa comme si c'était chez vous. Nous espérons vous revoir pour de nouvelles vacances en Corse.

Une maison très agréable, spatieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée, au calme avec une superbe vue sur la baie de Pinarello. Notre séjour fut très agréable, et ne pouvons que recommander cette magnifique villa !

Villa toute neuve avec vue fantastique sur le Golf de Pinarellu

Ce qui vaut vraiment le prix de cette location est cette vue fantastique et reposante qu'on a de toutes les pièces de la maison ( terasse , living , cuisine , des 3 chambres à coucher et même en prenant une douche des 3 salles de bains ) . La 4ième chambre à coucher avec salle de bain est orientée vers le côté . Grande cuisine et living . A dix minutes des boulangeries , boucherie , poissonerie et du Supermarché Spar . ( Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio ). Propriètaire sympa et très disponible .
