Lovely house in a good location

Situated in a quiet pleasant village, the location is ideal for mountain and beach activites. The house has a homely feel and is very well equipped, with the garden and pool providing nice outdoor leisure space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Wir waren als Familie zu viert (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder 812) in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und Haus und Pool waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich noch einmal eine Wohnung für sich mit eigener Toilette,Dusche und Eingang, so das man dort auch gut etwas getrennt von den restlichen Bewohnern schlafen kann (z.B. wenn man sich das Haus mit Freunden teilen möchte). Mit einem großen Auto parkt man am besten auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz der etwa zweihundert Meter entfernt ist und hält vor dem Haus nur zum ein und ausladen. Ein kleineres Auto kann auch direkt vor dem Haus abgestellt werden. Im Ort selber gibt es einen kleinen Laden in dem man fürs Frühstück gut einkaufen kann. Größere Einkäufe können im Supermarkt im Nachbarort erledigt werden.Villelongue dels Monts ist als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Aktivitäten (Baden, Radfahren, Wandern, Canyoning etc.) sehr zentral gelegen, ein Auto sollte aber auf jeden Fall vorhanden sein.Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen.

Wir hatten unseren Sommerurlaub für 2 Wochen als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern und Hund verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Alles ist absolut sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und technisch auf hohem Standard (neue Fenster mit Fliegengitter, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt - mit Hund also kein Problem.Der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt, der Pool zwar klein aber geschmackvoll und völlig ausreichend um intensiv zu entspannen.Der Ort ist sehr ruhig. Die Tapas-Bar ist in Laufweite. Allerdings kommt man ohne Französisch-Kenntnisse hier nicht sehr weit. Der Nachbarort Laroque-des-Alberes ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar und bietet viele Restaurants.Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten erreichbar und erfüllt alle Erwartungen. Es gibt auch einen Bereich, an dem Hunde erlaubt sind. Hinzu kommen die schönen Küstenstädte wie Collioure und Banyuls-sur-Mer (Port-Vendres hat uns nicht gefallen).Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr professionell und Antworten kamen immer direkt.Wir buchen (bisher) aus Prinzip nicht 2 Mal denselben Ort. Hier ist die Versuchung aber sehr groß - würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub.

A correspondu à nos attentes

Emplacement central au village, les parkings sont accessibles en quelques minutes dans le village, Le terrain bien que petit est très agréable et surtout bien ombragé et clos. les facilités pour les courses: à peine 10kms avec un Carrefour market et un boulanger extra. Bon séjour pour toute la famille.

Sympathique maison, très bien équipée et idéalement située (au calme et non loin des commodités). Parfait pour se ressourcer en famille. La communication et les bons plans donnés par l'hôte sont un réel plus et agrémente largement le séjour!

Charming old house, beautifully renovated

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house a lot! Jerome was super helpful during the whole stay (and before our stay). He always answered each of our question very fast, and gave us great recommendations of hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, etc... The house is located in a village that has a very nice tapas restaurant, a tiny grocery store that also sells fresh baguettes/croissants, and a bunch of hiking trails that you can start from the village. There are a few wineries that you can visit, which are about 20min away, and same with the beaches. So it's nice that you don't necessarily have to drive far away from the house to do things. The house has a beautiful garden/terrace/swimming pool, but we were unable to enjoy it much, due to the bad weather :( I highly recommend this place.

Un Havre de paix :)

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison de campagne décorée avec goût... un lieu plein de surprises et de saveurs.. Quel doux séjour à Villelongue-dels-Monts, dans cette jolie maison.. Séjour calme eT serein comme nous l’espérions... Nichée à quelques pas de villages achalandés... nous avons pu également trois les jours découvrir les plages du sud de la France 😀😀 Nous recommandons sans aucun doute cette jolie demeure !

Belle maison familiale au pied des Albères

Très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison de pierre, située presque au cœur du village. Propre, grande, et très bien équipée, elle dispose également d’une climatisation qui soulage des chaleurs de la journée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin, très fleuri et arboré. Il propose plusieurs petits espaces différents adaptés aux différents moments de la journée. Notamment un joli salon d’extérieur ombragé, encore plus charmant en soirée avec ses petites guirlandes lumineuses. La piscine, pas très grande mais rafraichissante, est également bien aménagée avec sa terrasse en bois, ses parasols, et ses transats confortables. Les travaux extérieurs venaient de se terminer à notre arrivée, il restait encore quelques espaces simplement en « terre", mais l’ensemble sera assurément parfait ces derniers petits travaux seront achevés. Nous avons également apprécié la situation au pied du massif des Albères, et à 15/20 minutes de la côte. Pour finir, l’accueil est très sympa et attentif aux éventuels besoins des locataires. Une maison très recommandable donc. Merci !

Nous sommes également ravis que vous ayez été sensibles au soin que nous avons apporté aux différents espaces arborés du jardin qui permettent d'en profiter tout au long de la journée et de la soirée. La touche finale des extérieurs sera en effet apportée dès la prochaine période printanière avec la pousse d'un gazon sur les parties actuellement en terre. Oase unterm Feigenbaum

Sehr schöner Garten mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. SehR geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nettes Dorf mit kleinem Laden und Tapasbar. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Einziger Minus Punkt war der muffige Geruch des Schlafraums im Untergeschoss. Insgesamt aber ganz unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.
