The Space & Amenities
Our quaint house is tailor-made for family bonding. With two queen beds, a double bunk bed, and an additional bunk with a single top and double lower, there is plenty of room for two couples and a gaggle of kids! You will find two full bathrooms for easy morning routines and reliable internet if you need to blend a little work with your play. Plus, we have plenty of parking space, so don't forget to bring your boat!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash must be in bags and placed in trash can
Cleaning and drying all dishes and returning them to the cabinets. Closing and locking all windows and doors. Turning off all lights and setting the thermostat to 75°F (summer) or 65°F (winter).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
