Nice property and great location. If youre taking a boat, you will have some extra steps as you you cannot fit a trailer at the property. Only parking for one vehicle. Would stay here again nonetheless

The overall property was good and Harbor management team was great at meeting any requests when we called. A few negatives, there was a leaky faucet in the master bathroom that I reported. Also some mold in one of the closets. I like clean windows but also understand this property is in a wooded area. Location was ideal for boating and we rented a slip while we were there.

Great location great layout of the house. Could use a cleaning especially all the windows. Lots of cobwebs on the ALL the windows like they were last year when we stayed. . No dishcloths for washing dishes and left only one towel per person for three nights stay. Plus left no laundry detergent not even trial sizes.

We loved the location. The house is really cute. The house needs to be cleaned a little better. There were webs in the bedroom with spiders above the bed. The mattress needs to be replaced also with better not so noisy frames. The duct vents are caked in dust to where I stayed stuffed up all night. We still enjoyed our stay.

Very nice location, good overall

The porch area needs some attention. While we understand that it is outdoors, and subject to the elements, it would be a simple task to use a leaf blower to blow all the cobwebs and normal leafs off. Also, it could use a coat of paint on the porch. Otherwise, the accomodations were great, and I would definitely recommend.
