Exceptional 3 bedroom sleeps 10 on Main St in downtown

Exceptional 3 bedroom, 3 bath sleeping up to 10 - completely renovated January 2019. Located on the 5th floor of the building, this great family rental will allow you to see the fireworks from your vacation rental for July 4 or New Years Eve as this condo overlooks downtown Winter Park.
The lower entry level of the unit has the master bedroom with King bed, futon that may be used as Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with over-sized walk-in shower
The second bedroom on this level has a full bathroom, private balcony and bunk bed with King down and Twin up to sleep 3.
The main floor of the unit has high vaulted ceilings in the living room area with a modern furnished decor, gas fireplace, flat screen TV, free in unit Wi-Fi access, and access to the private balcony.
Adjacent to the main living area, the dining room is on an elevated level with large table and kitchen bar to seating everyone. The fully equipped kitchen has lots of counter top space, new stainless steel appliances and a modern feel.
The open staircase takes you to the loft that overlooks the main living room area below and has 3 twin beds, a full bathroom and emergency access to the outside.
Other unit features include in unit washer and dryer, private balconies totaling 258 square feet, views of downtown Winter Park and the Continental Divide. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Common area amenities for the property include - elevator to access each floor from the underground parking space, and coin operated laundry facilities on the fifth floor. Walk across the street to Cooper Creek Square for dining and shopping.
The hot tubs are closed until further notice.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. Great location in downtown WP. Finding property was difficult
Great spot in WP. Every thing was perfect. Only issue was finding the actual unit. Arrived late at night and no signs at all for the building or where parking is. Only found the unit after asking local police officer for help.

Lots of room, great decor, great location
Six adults stayed in the unit. We cooked and hung out. It was comfortable. It is bright and airy. The living room was great for the group to gather and relax. The shuttle to the ski was easy to use. The elevator went out for a few hours and that was not good, but it was fixed later that day. The internet went out a couple times, but was restored. For the management company, I suggest instructions posted for the digital thermastat. I'd stay again!

Under Construction
Upon entering the unit, we saw that everything was covered with plastic tarps—floors, furniture, TVs. All the furniture was pulled to the centers of all the rooms & everything was prepped as if painting/construction was about to happen. We had this booked 2-3 months in advance, so how it slipped through the cracks I have no idea. THANKFULLY the property management was on it and got us into another rental quickly. That new rental was good overall and fit our group of 8, BUT there were issues with the lock codes on the doors and garage, that seemed to be really difficult to manage per who I spoke with. It all worked out fine, but it was all just a weird experience. I’ve been booking rentals through VRBO for almost 10 years, and this situation was up there as one of the most inconvenient. The owner/property management company need to have a better way of communicating things, because clearly construction was in process irregardless of our booking, even with it being MONTHS in advance.
