GRAND PANAMA PET STIPULATIONS: We welcome pets in our units marked pet friendly. Pets must be disclosed at time of booking and a non-refundable pet fee will be charged for anyone bringing a pet, including emotional support animals. Guests bringing a pet to Grand Panama must apply for a conditional license and receive a pet tag, which must be displayed on the pet. Guests must complete an animal registration form pre-arrival, provide proof of vaccinations, and applicable documentation for service animals to receive a pet tag. Conditional licenses can be revoked if the association finds the pet without a tag, is vicious, or a nuisance to guests. A pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property that was not previously disclosed by the guest is cause for eviction with forfeiture of moneys paid plus additional cleaning charges. DOGS ONLY 2 pet maximum, 25 lb weight limit. This is strictly enforced by the HOA.

Girls trip #4 to PCB!

Everything was great. The only thing that I would probably say was an issue was that the icemaker did not make enough ice other than that it was perfect and we even got in earlier than we expected and we were able to get into condo early…Thanks to the property manager Teresa.!! TY

Needs Improvements

Several improvements for future families stay in the unit : our stay was week 5/18/19 * Refrigerator doesn’t work reported to property mgt not repaired during our stay * 2 TVs didn’t work for 4 of 7 days required new cable boxes * carpets & floors are dirty needs good steam cleaning or new carpets * may need a new air filter in ac we all came home w sinus infections I will add that the view from the balcony was beautiful the unit just needs TLC ASAP before next families vacation .
