Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. 50 plus anniversary trip
We missed our 50th anniversary due to COVID so we’re making up for it. We were here 10 years ago; and now we have circumnavigate the Island 🏝️. This place is a very short walk to the Kona Inn Plaza.

Beautiful place in paradise
Our VRBO was a beautiful place to stay, the bed was comfy, great kitchen, bath and beautiful lanai. The air conditioning in each room was great too. Chairs, towels and snorkeling equipment was provided for guest, and you could walk 5 minutes to town or the beach. The parking in the garage was safe and secure with a special key provided. We had a marvelous time and will return soon! Thank you!

Can’t be the location, but privacy is a bit of an issue
The location right off Ali’i drive can’t be beat. When sitting on the lanai at night, we could listen to live music playing from a restaurant on the other side of the church. I spent hours out on the lanai each night - it was wonderful. The unit is on the second floor, right by the stairs/elevator. Unfortunately, this meant people were often walking directly by the bedroom window and the walls were so thin it was easy to hear conversions or just footsteps. This meant there is absolutely no privacy to be had in the bedroom. There was also very minimum hot water to be had. The hot water in the shower lasted less than 10 minutes, and I ran out of hot water washing dishes. Also, water would begin to pool and stand in the tub during showers. It drained, but slowly. And anytime we had to wash off mineral sunscreen (the only sunscreen allowed anymore, very thick and hard to wash off) the draining problem was even worse. If there are stairs to the parking garage, I never found them and the elevator requires a security key to access the garage. A key is provided, but it’s attached to a bright orange spatula. It’s not exactly something you can walk around with, so we often found ourselves having to return to the condo just to pick up the security key to access the garage if we wanted to drive anywhere. The garage itself is also strangely laid out and fairly tight to maneuver within. Otherwise, no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay.
