This immaculate, bright, and light 2nd-floor condo in The Enclave at Rapallo features two bedrooms + a den, and two full baths. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances and bar area, opening up to the living room. The living features an inviting seating area with a brand new flat-screen TV (Samsung 65 inch) and a sliding door to the lanai.
Enjoy the beautiful lake view from the living and screened-in lanai. new flat screen TV (Samsung 50 inch) in the master suite, and a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Shower-tub combination in the guest bathroom. The bright den with a window is set up as a sitting area, the couch does extend to a comfortable sleeper sofa for your guests. Guest bedroom offers new flat screen TV (Samsung 43 inch). This unit is located across the street from the communal pool and Clubhouse and also close to the Main Clubhouse and amazing resort-style amenities. Wi-Fi included.
This unit was freshly painted both interior and exterior. The Master bedroom and Second Bedroom Mattresses were also purchased in 2022 (Serta Perfect Sleeper 15" Pillow Top Mattresses). New Carpet was recently replaced throughout(bedroom and den)
This community is also within walking distance to the shopping and dining experiences of the Coconut Point Mall.
All Reservations at this unit must be a minimum of 60 days due to HOA Rules.

Great property, location and host

This condo is in a great location near restaurants, the beach, and recreation. The condo is clean and has everything you need and the association has great amenities (high speed internet, fitness, pools, etc.). The owners are very helpful. I highly recommend this property. We stayed for 3 months and were very sad to leave.
