Relax and enjoy the beautiful country sunrise!! Spacious and Newly Remodeled!

Welcome!

Enjoy a cup of Lancaster County coffee on the back porch and watch the sun rise over the pastures. Our quiet location is ideal for those who wish to relax and unwind. Great for families or those traveling for business alike!

We are conveniently and centrally located between York (9 mi.) Lancaster (20 mi.), Hershey (30 mi.), Gettysburg (40 mi.) and Baltimore(60 mi.).

First floor accommodations can be provided by request for those who can not use the steps.

A spacious yard offers room to for the kids to run and play, but on rainy days they can check out the toy box, read books or watch a movie.

Our home offers contactless check-in. Each guest will receive a unique code that is good for the length of the stay.

Guests have access to all living spaces.

Full kitchen is equipped with the cookware basics and appliances. We even supply you with Lancaster County Coffee Roasters coffee!

Please note that we do not provide a washer/ dryer, however there is a laundromat less than one mile away (Long term guests - please inquire regarding other options).
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

It felt like a home away from home!! It had all the amenities you needed. It was so nice having our coffee and tea out back watching the sunrise and hearing the horses whinny!! Such a peaceful area!!

Wonderful location for family wedding

This house is located in a peaceful location surrounded by farms, yet with quick convenient access to Rt 30.Our family of 4 adults and three kids (ages 1-6) used this as a home base for a family wedding. It was conveniently located between the church and rehearsal location (The First Post) in East York and the reception venue (John Wright) in Wrightsville. Thanks to Nicole for a clean property, stocked with coffee, toys for the kids, and plenty of room for indoor and outdoor activities.

Tranquil property, pretty views from every window

Our family of 4 stayed for the week and loved it! Just gorgeous views from every window, very spacious, clean and well decorated property. Comfortable queen and king beds. We visited the orchard down the street for tulip picking and photos with the family. We missed the washer and dryer but were prepared so made it work. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. Kids are asking if we can stay here again next time we visit PA :)

The home and property were extremely well maintained and very welcoming. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, but only wish we could've stayed longer. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials, making it feel like home.

Great Winter Get-away

This is a beautiful home in a quiet, serene location yet close to shopping and activities. Nicole, is a FANTASTIC host who was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. I would definitely stay at this property again as it would be perfect any time of year.
