We are experienced Superhosts that love being able to provide a home away from home for you! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for everyone. Central to Harrisburg, Hershey, Lancaster, Gettysburg and Baltimore. Just minutes to York college, Penn State York campus and the Belmont theater. A short drive to new freedom to ride the Northern central Railway! York convention center close by. Our home is located in York city and you will here city noise. However, we are located on a street with no traffic lights which does help keep noise to a minimum.
We are experienced STR super hosts on other sites. We offer contactless keyless entry.
We provide a starting supply of paper products, spices, oil,hand soap, bar soap and laundry detergent.
Freshly laundered linens and towels provided as well.

This is a property that our family has grown to love, we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do and ask that you treat it like your own.

No smoking and vaping indoors, doing so will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

One exterior security camera is located on the front porch facing the entrance. This camera is not used indoors. To disable or obscure the camera is prohibited, doing so will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Convenient for the York TCA Meet

Great location close to the fairgrounds for the Eastern Division TCA train show. Clean, well-appointed house perfect for groups of 4 or less.

Shannon and Jeff are great hosts, the house is well kept. The new mini-splits are a nice touch, each bedroom and the living area are controlled separately. It's a great spot for us 4 old guys, who love to sit around until it''s late and chat. The neighborhood is quiet, parking usually not an issue (we use the back yard, hope that is Ok). Been there a few times, it's always a great spot to hang for us
