About this property

Gorgeous home with lots of space. Beautifully landscaped back yard.

Lovely and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath home with third bedroom located in the office. Lots of mature landscaping. Great backyard for relaxing and BBQ. Hot tub right outside the Master Bedroom for that romantic star gazing moment. Located near many great attractions such as, Whiskey Row 7 miles away, Grand Canyon 2 hrs. away. Many great hiking spots and vineyards in the area. This home has beautiful landscaping front and back yards, if you are looking to rent days that are blocked, please message owner with request as this home is owner occupied when not rented. I have a tiny home located on the side of the house that has a completely separate entrance and separate from the main house. Please do not park in front of the gate located near the garage. This home has no garage access, Plenty of parking. Front porch has doorbell camera and additional camera for driveway and walkway monitoring.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave bedding in place. Load and start the Dishwasher and take out trash.
Please check yard for dog droppings and remove. An additional 150 will be charged for any left in yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Home is located in a neighborhood of retirees. Please be respectful of my neighbors with the noise levels. Quiet time 10pm-8am.
All pets must be Kenneled if left alone. Must clean up after pet. Additional $150.00 will be deducted from security deposit if poop is left on yard.
No events, including family gatherings. Maximum of 6 people in the home at one time.

My property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Great for walking dogs and very close to shopping. I have a casita on the East side of the home. It's completely separate from the rental unit with its own driveway. A family member lives there.
