About this property

Large Family Home Centrally Located great for USAFA events

Spacious family home with an open floor plan, large bedrooms, huge rec room, vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and light, 3,900 sq ft. We are very family friendly with lots of toys and areas for kids to play. The backyard has a gorgeous Trex deck with a fire pit and built in benches. The living room has a 55" plasma TV with Paradigm speakers and an Apple TV with Amazon Prime videos.

Highway is only 5 minutes away - centrally located to Garden of the Gods, the Airforce Academy, downtown, and Old Colorado City. Safeway (with a Starbucks inside) is in walking distance with Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Natural Grocers just a short drive away.

One of the best houses we have ever stayed at. Kitchen was well equipped and big enough to have family cook a Christmas dinner to remember. The games and table tennis was just what we needed to make wonderful memories!

Perfect for USAFA visits.

Comfortable, clean house with plenty of room to spread out. Lovely yard is perfect for relaxing. This house was perfect for our family. Spent USAFA graduation week here. About 15 mins from North Gate. House had everything you could need. Owners are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
