Great Location: We are just north of the Air Force Academy. We often have guests here that are going to weddings and events at the Flying Horse, Younger Ranch, Spruce Mountain and Larkspur.

A Beautiful Colorado Springs home with panoramic views of Pikes Peak and the Rockies from most of rooms!

• 5 bed, 5 Bath. 2 Living areas. Wifi. Cell Service.
• Xbox
• Whole-House Water Filter and Softener = awesome taste!
• Large dining room table and Bar with stools.
• Fancy Induction Stove with a convection oven.
• Fully furnished kitchen with coffee pot, kitchen-aid mixer, microwave,
toaster, lots of pots/pan, utensils and dishwasher.
• Piano - electric keyboard, full size with weighted keys.
• Foosball Table
• Family friendly, we have books, movies and toys.
• Outdoor Patio with furniture & fire pit.
• Weber Grill and Kamado Smoker.

The views of Pikes Peak are gorgeous. The house is centrally located. to Colorado Springs and Denver. The days are sunny and warm and the nights are cool. Sitting on the front lawn taking in the view, you get the feeling of peacefulness and quiet. This is the perfect get-away location.

What makes this property unique

We LOVE the whole-house water filter system (drink filtered water from any facet) and the FLOOR HEAT in this house andThere is nothing like waking up in the morning and having a warm floor to walk on.
We also love the peaceful, quietness here with beautiful views of the mountain and big blue sky. At night, you can see all the stars because we are shielded from the city lights.
