Do not set thermostat to ON position. Just AUTO mode please.

Miguel’s townhome was perfect. He had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a high chair for our infant daughter! The house was cozy and Miguel was very responsive when we had questions. I absolutely recommend his townhome and will share his listing with my own family who is visiting.

Excellent home, clean, fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, 2nd floor new washer and dryer. Use of garage to store our vehicle was nice to have in winter months stay. Miguel was responsive to any questions we had, made our stay very nice. A Beautiful Stay with Thoughtful Touches

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was incredibly generous, with multiple bedrooms that easily accommodated our family and gave our kids their own room. It also offered a second family room which we didn't even get a chance to enjoy. The outside areas (balcony and deck areas) were amazing and offered a peaceful way to enjoy the Colorado weather.The condo’s location was ideal—conveniently close to a great selection of restaurants and shops, yet still a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. Check-in was a breeze, which made settling in easy as everything was communicated before we got there. A quick tip for future guests: you might want to bring an extra blanket for evening movie time, as it was a bit cooler at night than expected. Tissues are also a good item to have on hand.One highlight was the arcade system! It brought back so many fun memories with some of my favorite childhood games. We also loved the variety of board games provided—it was the perfect way to wind down our evenings with some good old-fashioned family time.Overall, this condo was a fantastic home base and made our trip all the more enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!
