New furniture, appliances, granite counter tops, with great views and private entrance with patio seating next to French Creek. Owners are available for assistance during your stay. King bed, Direct TV with streaming available, stereo, DVD, free WI-FI, 9 foot ceilings, and in floor radiant heat for your comfort. Smoke and pet free quiet unit.

The proximity to the lifts and historic Breckenridge make Corkscrew Flats the most accessible new development in Breckenridge. Nowhere in town are the views of the Ten Mile Range and Continental Divide more complete. We have lived in town for 30 years and find Breckenridge one of the most beautiful and active places in the Rocky Mountains.

What makes this property unique

You will enter the one bedroom fully furnished condo along French Creek with views of Bald Mountain. The only sounds you hear are the river and solitude of the one acre open space outside your door. Breckenridge town bus service is a close walk for your less than mile trip to Main Street or the lifts. Enjoy your private space away from condos and hotels in this attractively furnished and affordable accommodation. You too will be a return guest.
