Maine Trip

This house is in the perfect location to check out the light house and the Short beach nearby. We loved the 'at home' feel while staying here and there was plenty of space for 13 people. I am already trying to find a way back for another trip.

Beautiful House in a Great Spot

Do yourself a favor and stay here. This house was beautiful, spacious, and had all the bells and whistles. We enjoyed hanging out both on the beautiful deck and lawn outside, as well as the beautiful living rooms and awesome game-room style basement. Everybody had a great time here. The beach was also a super short walk away, right up the street. Two thumbs up and would love to come back!

Wedding weekend

This house is simply amazing. Nothing short of fantastic! Enough space for everyone in our wedding party to enjoy their time this weekend. Greg was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions. The house was so clean and if you want to go to a house with ease and location this is it! Nice neighborhood and plenty of parking for all the guest. We hope to come back and stay again!

Razzle Dazzle house

We just got back from our 3 night stay at the Razzle Dazzle house, and everyone had a great time! Our group was 9 adults and 7 kids under 7. We all slept comfortably and there was plenty of space to spare. The house is updated, clean and fully stocked. The highlights of the house are the proximity to Short Sands Beach (7-10 min walk) and the restaurant/shopping area, and the sprawling deck with lots of seating options. We drove very little and walked almost everywhere, even with the kids (bring wagons for the walk to the beach and restaurant/shopping area). The communication with Joe, the owner, was seamless. We plan to return next year!

Excellent Property!

Our family had a great stay and would definitely come back! The house is spacious, well equipped and in a perfect location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to both short and long sands. Nice walk or drive to Nubble as well.

Razzle Dazzle House

Beautiful, spacious house with lots of room for our large family vacation. Location was perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to beach and downtown shops.

Great house for a York Beach vacation

We had 9 adults and 5 kids on this vacation and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house is just a short walk to Short Sands Beach, and also not far from Long Sands. The wagon at the house was perfect for lugging beach chairs and toys. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of seating both outdoors and indoors for meals and games. We had a great stay and would definitely rent this house again!

Family Wedding weekend

The house / property was just as advertised. A group of 10 adult family members shared the house. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and well equipped. For us it was a much better option for the family to connect as opposed to staying in a hotel. If ever in the area again would definitely stay here again and hopefully have more time to enjoy all that the property and the area have to offer.

Fabulous Family House

My entire family loved this property! We cook several meals at the house and this property has everything that you could possibly need. The gas grill appeared to be new which was a pleasant surprise. We also loved the large table outside, so we could all sit together for dinner. The house was clean when we arrived and the owner was extremely responsive.

We loved the Razzle Dazzle house

It was a great location for us (short walk to Short Sands and the Goldenrod; quick drive to Nubble and Dunnes). The house it's self was great for our group. The dinning table opened up to fit everybody. We used the grill, the fire pit, the deck, even the washing machines came in handy. Our property manager was very responsive! (We had 8 adults, 2 older teens, and 4 under 6yrs old)

Razzle Dazzle House

Spacious, bed options, perfect location between 2 beaches, great porch —- friendly neighbors! Close to so many activities. Loved the Razzle Dazzle House! Had one issue with the stove and the property manager was in touch quickly to resolve it. The house is also maintenance free. Not alot of rules to close up - seamless. We do this every year with 16 family members. This was one of our top three favorites!

Gorgeous, comfortable and clean house!

We love everything about the house, especially the decoration, quality of products, and supplies. We highly recommended to a big family or group. The only problem we had was learning the access code to the house and general instructions but I don't think it was the owner's fault but problems with VRBO's site.

Misleading Advertising

The description stated there was: Outdoor shower Outdoor firepit Working Grill Clean Towels Bicycles After we complained there was no propane for the tank for the grill they came to the house to supply one. Bathroom Towels did not seem clean and smelled old and dirty, many of the rugs appeared dirty and not vacuumed. As a renter who paid over 2k for 2 night stay and to have a website that did not represent accurately the amenities available was misleading and is not okay. I would appreciate a partial refund to rectify the situation.

The property to stay at

The property was lovely, very clean. A lot of space, everyone totally enjoyed the games room. The only downside was we could not connect to the internet. The owner was very helpful and receptive.

A weekend gathering for a family wedding! This house provided perfect accommodations for our family of 10 as well as room for entertaining more visiting family. Huge porch to enjoy the sunshine, kitchen perfectly stocked and great location for walking to Nubble Light. Live Love Camp 😉

Family fun in York maine

The house is spotless with very comfortable king size beds for adults and plenty of single beds for our 5 grandchildren. The kitchen had everything you needed and more! The location is perfect for a walk to the beach, playground, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay at the Razzle Dazzle house again!

I cannot say enough about this property. It is immaculate! The bed linens are CRISP and the Towels are Soft and fluffy. They have thought of everything a family would need. My family will forever have great memories of being together in York - and this is why we purchased the home. The Razzle Dazzle House is so well maintained you would think that no one has ever been there before you. Just a short walk to the Beaches and shopping or cook family style at home with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for kids and adults. The pictures don’t show the charm and welcoming feeling of this home in my opinion. I Loved this property the second I set eyes on it.

Well maintained and cleaned meticulously. Large, three story home with plenty of beds for large groups, perfect for parties, graduations, wedding guests, and more! A warm, well-decorated, welcoming environment with all of the desired amenities of a luxury style hotel suite, times a thousand!
