Classic 1920's farmhouse located on one acre and just a half a mile to the center of East Hampton village. The stylish renovation and decor make this a great Hamptons getaway. Four bedrooms, three baths, gourmet kitchen, open dining and living area with den in the converted sunroom. There are a bedroom and a full bath on the first floor and two additional bedrooms and full baths on the second floor. Large private back yard with gunnite pool and submersed loungers on the pool ledge. Sidewalks lead right to the heart of East Hampton village and world-class ocean beaches are two miles away.
