Enjoy your summer vacation in this lovely, new contemporary, 6 bedroom, 5 bath home just one short block to the beach with a great back yard, Heated Pool, and Jacuzzi! Heated pool - 1 heater for pool and jacuzzi so jacuzzi is just jets and the same temperature as the pool. Nicely decorated and accessorized, the first floor of this home offers one bedroom with 1 King Bed, one bedroom with 2 sets of Bunk beds (1 QUEEN SET AND 1 TWIN SET/sleeps 6), third bedroom suite with 1 KING , and Laundry Room. The second floor features a large Kitchen with Granite countertops and breakfast bar, Dining Room and Living Room plus a large deck for summer sunning and entertaining, one bedroom with Queen bed, with private bath and one bedroom with 1 set of Twin Beds. Third Floor features Master Bedroom Suite with King bed and full bath. Close proximity to town, boardwalk, and restaurants means you can park the car and walk everywhere. Owner supplies 10 beach tags for your convenience but please remember to leave them for incoming tenants or you will be responsible for replacement costs. Stay connected with owner provided Internet Access
