BRING YOUR DOG! Come enjoy luxury at the shore at this lovely 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths, heated pool, pet friendly with an elevator for you convenience home. 1.5 blocks to the beach, 1 block from the recreation fields and a short 5 minute walk to the downtown area of Avalon! The first floor family room has a wet bar and sliding glass door to the pool area, a utility room with extra refrigerator, 2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed and covered front porch. The second floor has a great room with a custom kitchen and spacious living area and 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, 1 with 2 single beds. The front deck offers sun or a covered area. The third floor has a front bedroom with private bath and sun deck. The master king size bedroom also has a private sun deck.
