It is Ideally Located in North Wildwood on the Beach Block. Close Enough to Surfside Pier & Ocean Oasis Water Park (5 Blocks South) But Not too Close where Noise Might become an Issue.

Great long weekend!

3 families stayed comfortably and didn’t feel on top of each other. Great location for beach and boardwalk! Parking was perfect & pool was great for the kids! Would stay again!

Great Location

Great place to stay, close to everything, internet was the only issue we had with the location. It cuts in and out was unable to use it. Owner responded in a timely manner on issue reported. Overall this is a great place for a family to spend time together, get away from everyday life, and to just be, we will be going back to this location next year.

Vacation 2023

The vacation spot was great and basically pretty close to everything especially the beach. The property was fairly clean but if your company is paying for a cleaning service they are not doing a very good job. We found vapes in one bedroom and tampons in a closet and trash under one of the beds. My family had a great time on this vacation and we would love to visit the area again.

Emplacement génial: très près de la plage et du boardwalk. Le salon et la salle à manger sont très grands. Idéal pour les grandes familles! Nous étions 4 couples adultes avec 6 enfants au total et s'était parfait! Très propre. La piscine aussi était super. Nous allons probablement le relouer l'an prochain! ---- Awesome location: very close to the beach and boardwalk. The living room and dining room are very large. Ideal for large families! We were 4 adult couples with 6 children in total and it was perfect! Very clean. The pool was also great. We will probably rent it again next year!

Beach stay

Condo is in a great location 1 block from the beach and next door to delicious ice cream. It’s clean and very functional with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is convenient, has a gas stove and was well stocked with plates, pots, pans, etc. The large table is great for group meals. AC is little loud in the main room.

Great location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay over 12 days. This house was at a great location. The house accommodated 12 people comfortably. It was equipped with everything we needed. We have been tired of staying in hotels and eating at restaurants every night so it was nice to be able to cook meals after long days at the beach. We used a local linen service for bedding and bath towels and if worked out perfectly. It was very clean as well. The only negative was the refrigerator wasn't completely clean when we arrived, but we simply cleaned it ourselves.

First time stay in North Wildwood

The unit was very spacious and was kept in immaculate condition. Took my family with two grandchildren to North Wildwood for the first time and we had a great time with the exception that the pool heater was not working very sad.:(. The unit was very close to boardwalk, it had a great little deck to sit outside and people watch. Even the beach was a little walk especially for the Wildwood beaches. We rented bicycles and had a great weekend. We would certainly re-rent this unit!

Great location and Well Run Rental Agency

Had previously stayed in Wildwood Crest and with a 2,4, 8, 12. and 92 year old, this location was much more convenient. The rental experience was simple, the sand pails provided by Don Martin reality were a nice touch. 6 lawn chairs and umbrella and beach cart was a big help. Well stocked kitchen made the cooking of breakfast lunch easy (not to mention the ice cream shop next store). Quiet location and could get chairs and chases by the pool. Neighbors were friendly. I definitely look forwards to returning to North Wildwood. The reason that I didn't give 5 stars was a couple of maintenance issues which for the most part were addressed. Although there was new carpeting throughout, one of the bedrooms had a definite cat smell (may be in the wood in the closet) and the handicap assessable downstairs would have been nicer with a grab bar by the toilet and a shower rather than a bathtub.
