The property has 4 private individual villas each with breathtaking views of the bay. The Seahorse Villa is a 2 Bed/1 Bath unit located right on a stretch of a secluded beach in the world-famous Magens Bay. This private St. Thomas vacation villa rental offers a world of natural beauty and serenity to discerning travelers. Nestled amid lush vibrant flowers and tropical trees with an enormous vista of shimmering bay waters right at your disposal, this is the perfect oasis for discovering the true meaning of a Caribbean paradise. In addition to the peaceful seclusion provided by the villa, guests will find the vibrant nightlife, charming boutiques, and fine dining restaurants of St. Thomas just twenty minutes away from home. Whatever brings you to St. Thomas, once you stay with us you will join the many number of our guests who return and tell their friends and relatives, "Stay at Villa Eau Claire. This villa measures 1,000 square feet and is situated at a small elevation just above the sandy beach, accessible via a short stairway. Inside a spacious living room has been comfortably furnished for leisurely afternoons spent indoors, and a kitchen has been well-equipped for your convenience. A wraparound deck runs the length of the unit, offering premier al fresco living/dining experiences – especially beautiful when the sun sets each night.

This villa has two bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate our guests, an ideal oasis for a mother/daughter vacation or two friends traveling together to St. Thomas. The first bedroom features a plush king bed, while the second has a queen bed.
Villa Eau Claire has undergone recent renovations to the property. Freshly painted, beautiful new landscaping, outdoor lighting, and new decor make this villa relaxing and enjoyable. The villas are large and inviting and the bedrooms private and peaceful. Once you have experienced this idyllic location you will return year after year. The warm Caribbean breezes that gently blow through each villa make air conditioning unnecessary.

Over the years, we have stayed at four other properties on St. Thomas prior to Villa Eau Claire, and this one is the best! The views and pocket beach are outstanding and the interior is exactly as advertised. Communication with Rick was great and even though other units were also occupied, it felt like we had the property to ourselves. The beach and waterfront decks are great places to watch the turtles that swim by and the pelicans diving to catch fish. If you’re into a chill experience away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook, this is the place for you. We will be coming back!

Beautiful villa overlooking Magen's Bay offered the perfect amount of solitude and relaxation. We spent our days relaxing in the sun and snorkeling with sea turtles, rinse and repeat.

Absolutely amazing. Rick is the perfect host, with detailed instructions on how to get in and super-communicative. One of AC units broke during our 90-degree stay, and Rick was able to move us to another unit that was available, after trying dilligently to get the unit fixed. The unit is beautiful in a gorgeous location overlookingmagens bay. We saw pelicans and sea turtles from our deck! Could not say enough about this magical place. Hope to stay here again on our next visit!

Anniversary on Magens Bay

A backyard of crystal clear turquoise blue Caribbean water was the perfect backdrop for our 19th anniversary. We Started every day walking down the steps to the private Magens Bay beach entry and a snorkel sea turtle search. Found several every day. We traveled alot of the St. Thomas on this trip and Couldn’t imagine having stayed anywhere else and enjoying this as much as we did. Thanks Rich. Save us a spot we will be back!

Incredible views in this Beautiful Villa

Cannot say enough about this gorgeous villa perfectly located in Magens Bay. We had near constant view of turtles and even saw dolphins and a sting ray among other things. A bit of a trek to Magens Bay beach but totally doable and great exercise whether you walk or swim. The owner was onsite when we were there and very responsive to any needs. Also of note, there is laundry available on the premises, we would have packed way less had we known. Book this place you won’t be disappointed “.

Rare waterfront location on Magen’s Bay

This place was in a great location with beautiful views. For VI first timers they conveniently meet you at the airport to drive to the place which was awesome. Owner was super accommodating, found snorkel gear for us and showed us around the island a bit. Great place!

Fantastic. 6 days of relaxing, snorkeling, dining, resting. The island has a great pace, plenty of time for reading, hiking, swimming with the turtles, and a day trip to St. John. The accommodations were just excellent. Hosts are available and responsive, but not obtrusive in any way. We’ll be back.

It was our first time coming to St. Thomas and we couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay! With the private beach access in Magen’s Bay, we felt like it was paradise! Villa Eau Claire is located on the beautiful Magens Bay. Magens Bay is known for its tranquil and warm waters. The bay is filled with many varieties of sea life, and is an amazing snorkeling adventure.
