We've dubbed our Condo "Chillaxing" stemming from the feeling of chilling on the front deck relaxing with a cold drink in hand oceanfront. This condo has been fully renovated that includes spacious living quarters and has enough room for 7 people. Each of the 2 bedrooms has been decorated with comfort and class in mind. Each bedroom has a deck, with the master facing the ocean and the guest bedroom deck having a view of the canal. The condo features flat screen TVs in each room (Netflix included), and newly updated appliances and hardwoods throughout.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Location with an amazing view of the ocean! The condo was spacious and clean. The beach chairs available need replaced as the straps are broken and on the one chair the support bar is broken. We ended up renting some beach chairs and an umbrella for a reasonable price. Also, the handle on the screen door needs replaced as we were afraid it would break off. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The location is fantastic. The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities are within walking distance. The condo was also relatively quiet, and the sliding doors did a surprisingly good job of blocking most pool noise. Jorge was a very good, responsive host who addressed our questions and concerns throughout our stay. We loved the ocean view from the balcony and enjoyed coffee there while watching the sunrise. The balcony is semi-private, however, and guests on the neighboring balcony could see directly into the master bedroom unless the curtain was closed. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were quite worn, so we purchased our own chairs. Replacing or refreshing these items, along with adding some shade to the balcony, would be nice improvements. Our biggest concern was the parking situation. The arrangement and map could be explained much more clearly in the listing. If you plan to park and mostly stay nearby, it may not be an issue. But if you come and go frequently, parking can become stressful. Our daughter's car was blocked in twice with no one responding, and one evening my husband had to walk back from dinner to move our car so another vehicle could get through. Supplies are very limited. Guests (especially larger families) should be prepared to bring or purchase items such as ice, trash bags, laundry supplies, extra paper products, dishwasher detergent, cooking basics, water, and toiletries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great little condo right on the beach within walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants! We stayed with our 2 young kids and had an amazing time! It was clean and stocked with everything you need and more for a little beach getaway!

this is my 2nd time staying here, and it is a wonderful choice for Carolina Beach -- great location, and a lovely condo. The huge balcony is really nice spot for morning coffee and sunrise watching!

The view was stunning. Loved waking up to a clear view of the ocean. Easily accessible out to the beach as well. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Cute, beachy vibe. No screen door on the front door which was a bummer because we wanted to leave it open to hear the waves! Also, the parking situation was a bit complicated until we figured it out. Overall it was a fun location and nice place to stay.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as the pictures. Loved the large deck and beautiful view. Was also in a very good location. Would definitely stay here again. Our visit was from 9/26/24-10/01/23.

The perfect getaway

The ultimate place to relax. Condo was clean, and had everything we needed. Great access to the beach, and within walking distance to the boardwalk and pier. The fireworks Thursday night were amazing! Will definitely be coming back and our kiddo didn’t want to leave. Thank you for an amazing stay.
