A charming Saratoga home centrally located in a quiet development. Five miles from the race track, and a very short drive to the Saratoga performing arts center (SPAC). Take in a concert or go to the opera. Enjoy strolling through beautiful downtown Saratoga for unique shopping, pubs, breweries, dining or simply pamper yourself to a massage on the Broadway.
Relax and enjoy in this cozy three bedroom which comfortably sleeps six. With the option of accomodating an extra two guest with an air mattress. Two baths, full newly updated kitchen, spacious living area, and dining area. The home has a washer & dryer, cable tv, and wifi. Enjoy relaxing on the lovely outdoor patio with a fireplace to warm you under the stars with your favorite beverage.

Rented the property for the weekend with several old friends from college. Great property!! The owners greeted us on arrival and gave us the important details. The beds were very comfy and the outside area is huge with lots of games. Would love to stay again in the future!!

Cozy Home Close to Downtown

Went for a track weekend with some friends and this was the perfect spot for a quiet place to stay but still a quick car ride away from downtown Saratoga. Host was extremely gracious and would definitely stay again!

This house was exactly what we needed and an easy (inexpensive) Uber ride to downtown, and the race track. Wonderful caring hosts and we felt right at home. The backyard is great too.

Awesome!

This was a great place to stay with more than enough room for 10 people. Nancy greeted us and showed us around the house which exceeded our expectations. Huge backyard with a grill and fire pit, close to downtown and SPAC. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very comfortably set up. An easy ride from Saratoga Springs. We were able to leave relatively late in the day. The hosts succeeded in making us feel welcomed and our stay stress-free.

"Home Sweet Home"

This is a great sweet and cozy home. We had a wedding in the area so a few couples all got together to make a weekend out of the celebration and enjoy beautiful Saratoga. The owners were very kind and helpful. The home was clean and they provided us with all that we needed. We felt extremely comfortable and welcome. Whether you are a few young couples like us or a family... it's nice to come back to a place after a long day that makes you feel, "Home Sweet Home."

Absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Nancy was so easy to communicate with and welcomed us into her home right when we arrived. The house is beautiful and has such a comfortable feel to it. Nancy was so very kind to us and offered us anything that we needed. We had four couples and five kids altogether and we had more than enough room. The back yard was beautiful and perfect for us to relax in and for the children to run around in. The kids loved the house just as much as we did! The location was also perfect, close to the state park, the track and plenty more. We truly could not have asked for anything more and hope to make this stay a yearly tradition. Thank you so much again Nancy and Alan!

A great place to relax

We, small group of 5, came up for a wedding in Saratoga Springs for 2 nights, Fri & Sat. I specifically wanted a house not too far away and in a quiet location. The house was both. A short 5 mile Uber trip into Saratoga. In addition knowing that a wedding would be busy we also wanted somewhere just to relax and hang out. I chose the house for that reason, seeing a good level of comfort and a nice patio, where we ended the evenings with a bottle of wine. All in all everything was what we were looking for and found. The hosts were very helpful and easy to reach. Certainly would go back esp. as more towns to explore of which Ballston Spa is a new favorite.

Close to downtown Saratoga Springs and race track

Nancy and Al were so nice snd showed us the house, as well as where extra sheets/ towels, which was good as one of my daughters had a nose bleed one night (sorry). Quiet, peaceful neighborhood easy to drive/Uber to downtown Saratoga. House beautiful and up to date. Outside looked great but we were to busy at race track and the new Walt (coffee shop) Whitman Brewery,( beer/dinner)which has a nice Nice outside patio, so please check it out !Beds comfortable and our family would stay there again! Wonderful weekend stay!

A charming home so close to downtown Saratoga! We were three couples in town for the weekend and couldn't have had a better stay. A short ride to SPAC as well. Nancy was such a wonderful host! The home was very clean and came with all the essentials. If you are looking for a nice home in a quiet neighborhood with a great outdoor space, this is it!!

Home away from home

This home has everything you could possibly need during your stay! The location is absolutely perfect for so many things the Saratoga/Lake George area has to offer. The hosts Nancy and Al are great people and their main priority was making sure we were comfortable and had anything we needed at our fingertips. They welcomed us like we were family and their home made us feel like we were!! We definitely will be back!

Comfortable and Spacious

Nancy provided exceptional service. The house was beautiful and had a huge lawn area where we could barbecue and play games. She gave us personalized attention and was always ready to answer any questions. The house had a lot of beds for all of us to comfortably sleep in. Beautiful home near Saratoga

We had a wonderful time at this home, which is located in a quiet development just minutes from Saratoga Springs. The property is well kept and has ample sleeping space for 8. We loved the back deck. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location for Saratoga weekend

Great stay for visiting Saratoga!

We had a wonderful rental with Nancy who was super helpful all of the way through. This property has plenty of rooms / space and was perfect for a weekend at the track (10 minute drive into town). Hope to be back!

Nancy was an excellent host. Upon arrival she met our group and was beyond accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep as well as a beautiful backyard to hang out. Would definitely book again in the future!

Why they chose this property

Although our home is in a residential neighborhood, it is a little bit country and an excellent area to raise your family, which was the reason we purchased here in Upstate New York many years ago.We have never regretted our decision to settle in Saratoga Springs, for it has brought us years of contentment.

What makes this property unique

After growing up in a conjested city life setting, my husband and I knew this was exactly what we were looking for.We viewed our home for the first time in the midst of winter when there was freshly fallen snow and it truly was a Winter Wonderland.The rooms were spacious and we knew we would have room for over night guests from time to time and that we could provide our children with the privacy they needed in their own bedrooms. We also loved that our yard would be perfect for all the room needed for children to play and fun to be had through our families growing years.
