About this property

Great House 5 minutes from La Rochelle and 10 minutes from Ile de Re

Large house of 160m2 very bright, a living room of 65m2, surrounded by bay windows, a central island with 6 stools separating the kitchen from the living room. A beautiful terrace of 100m2 equipped with a garden, sunbathing, a plancha and a beautiful umbrella pine where to take a nap in our hammock.
On the ground floor you will find 2 toilets, an office and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Upstairs, 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and one with 1 king size bed or 2 single beds to choose from.
2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
All rooms will be equipped with sheets and towels.
You also have all the usual equipment of a house, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, drying clothes, vacuum cleaner, steam generator. Also for the little ones, high chair, cot and stroller cane.
The more of our house, we will let you all the necessities like spices, oils, vinegar, coffee, tea as all the products for the kitchen and the maintenance of a house.

Our neighborhood is very quiet and has all the amenities such as bakery, pharmacy, butcher, PMU, pizzeria and supermarket, all within walking distance.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Top séjour dans une grande maison au calme de Dompierre

Super séjour de 3 jours et 2 nuits à 6 adultes et 2 enfants. La maison est bien située juste à côté du centre de Dompierre, où nous avons fait le marché le dimanche matin, à 15min en voiture de La Rochelle sympa à visiter. Le contact avec Magalie et Jérôme avant l'arrivée était facile et limpide. Merci d'avoir été flexibles sur l'arrivée et le départ ! La maison grande, propre et fonctionnelle. La table de ping-pong évidemment utilisée. Et au final un weekend très sympa entre amis. C'était parfait, merci !

Très bonnes vacances en familles !

Nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants de moins de 3 ans... Les 3 salles de bain étaient du coup très confortables. La cuisine est très bien équipée et permet de profiter de tout le monde en cuisinant en même temps. Le petit marché du dimanche est très sympa. Super extérieur aussi avec les petites tomates cerises en prime. En somme, nous recommandons vivement cette maison d'autant plus que les propriétaires sont très arrangeants et sympathiques.

On a séjourné chez Magalie entre amis et on a beaucoup apprécié, grande maison qui permet que tout le monde soit à l'aise avec son espace et au meme temps, la possibilité de convivialité dans le grand séjour.

Nous venons de passer le week-end de Pâques dans la maison de Magalie et Jérôme. La maison était très agréable, spacieuse, propre et confortable. Nous étions 8 en tout!
