Family home pleasant to live district of Tasdon in La Rochelle
500m from the sea, 7 minutes by bike from the Old Port of La Rochelle with bike paths and 5 minutes from the aquarium.
Access to 100 meters from the bus leading to the Old Port (Center ville) .Quartier very quiet to spend good holidays.
This is our house so we leave you our 3 ADULT bikes including 1 with baby seat + 2 children bikes + child trailer (2 seats)
All equipment for baby, toy for children (Lego, beach games ...)
House any comfort:
Outside: Summer kitchen, large yard, garden sofa, garden table (8 persons), deckchairs, pool games.
2 large terraces (130 m² + 70 m²) not overlooked. Table tennis table.
Inside:
- Large living room of 60m2 seen on the pool and 2 nd
living room of 20m² with big screen TV, video projector.
- 2 large sunny terraces, large yard and swimming pool
heated 29 ° without opposite. (dimension 8 * 4)
- Dining room for 8 people
- Open kitchen on the large fully equipped living room (oven, induction, food processor, Nespresso)
- 1 Parental Bedroom (bedding Grand Confort) 160 * 200 with
Private SDB in ground floor
- 2 bedroom on the ground floor (1 bed of 90 in height) + 1 bed of 140 * 200
- 3 bedroom upstairs (1 bed 160 * 200) possibility to put 1 bed
for children extra.
- 1 bathroom (large shower + bath) on the ground floor
- 1 separate toilet on the ground floor
- 1 storeroom (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer)

Sheets and towels are not included in the price, we use a concierge who offers various services: rental of sheets, towels and bath ...
Important: We rent with our big cat Tigger he is 5 years old.
He is adorable, he lives mostly outside. Give him these croquettes and he loves cuddling !!!
